The objective of this research was to trial learning materials in 35 of junior high school’s students with one group pretest-postest design. Results were analyzed by descriptive quantitative-qualitative are: (1) Validity of learning material valid category (3.00); (2) Practicality based on: a) Feasibility of instruction good category (3,8); b) Readability of worksheets and student’s book students stating that the content and appearance of worksheets and student’s book is interesting; c) The response of students very positively (85.6%); (3) Effectiveness based on: a) Student’s activities who stand out were practice science process skills is high category (38,5%); b) Student’s science process skill in very high category as shown by student’s worksheet achivement (3,46); c) student learning achivement increased (N-Gain: 0.2-1.0). {"title":"Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa Kelas VIII","authors":"Cindy Meilini Simanullang","doi":"10.55927/jiph.v2i2.3924","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55927/jiph.v2i2.3924","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan bantuan aplikasi Articulate Storyline 3 yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema pythagoras. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: diperoleh hasil dari validasi ahli materi dan ahli media dengan persentase 95,3% dan 92,8% dan berada pada kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan media pembelajaran dilihat melalui hasil angket respon siswa dan guru mata pelajaran matematika dengan persentase 87,65% dan 95,38% dimana persentase tersebut berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan media pembelajaran dilihat melalui ketuntasan belajar klasikal dan hasil angket respon siswa dengan persentase 93,3% dan 96,1% dimana persentase tersebut berada pada kategori sangat efektif. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada siswa, hasil yang diperoleh tingkat kemampuan komunikasi matematis berada pada rata-rata persentase 81,91% berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan berdasarkan uji N-Gain nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 0.451 yang artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada siswa dengan kategori sedang. Pembelajaran saat ini berpusat pada anak didik, menekankan pengalaman siswa secara nyata dan menganut keberagaman. Kurikulum perlu diadaptasi dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik masing-masing lembaga, lingkungan dan ekosistem sekolah, serta kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam implementasi kurikulum abad 21, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti mengembangkan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap perubahan global dan teknologi, serta mengakomodasi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan membandingkan dan menarik kesimpulan dari beberapa jurnal, buku, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu untuk mengembangkan kurikulum abad 21. \u0000Delapan jurnal digunakan sebagai studi literatur yang diambil dari rentang waktu 2020-2023. Sitasi yang digunakan adalah American Psychological Association 7th edition. Pengembangan kurikulum harus responsif terhadap perubahan global, teknologi, dan masyarakat. Dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, perlu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik yang beragam dan menentukan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan. Selain itu, pengukuran efektivitas dan kesesuaian kurikulum juga diperlukan. Kurikulum yang berkelanjutan harus mampu mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang relevan dalam konteks global, teknologi, dan sosial. Pendekatan terintegrasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pada abad 21 dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam masyarakat yang semakin kompleks dan terhubung. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Citizenship Education is able to create an attitude of tolerance in students at school. In conducting our research we used a descriptive qualitative method where our main focus in collecting data was interviewing three teachers of civics education at the senior high school level. The results of the study show that the Citizenship Education Subject has been able to create an attitude of tolerance in students towards their friends at school, especially during discussions in class. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 27 students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal and the object in this study was an interactive learning media that was developed based on GeoGebra on the material of building blocks and cubes. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet for the assessment of material experts, media experts, teacher and student practitioners, as well as learning outcomes tests. The results showed that the GeoGebra-based interactive learning media on the flat side of blocks and cubes obtained an average percentage of 91.31% with \"very valid\" criteria, obtaining an average of 90.96% with \"very practical\" criteria by the teacher. and students. Based on this, this research study aims to determine the increase in the performance of the police and the Ministry of Transportation in implementing e-tickets and solving cases of criminal acts of traffic violations. This type of research is field research, namely a form of research that aims to reveal the meaning given by society to their behavior and reality. The research method used is a qualitative method, which is a research approach that reveals certain social situations by describing reality correctly. The results of this study can be seen that the performance of the traffic police and the Ministry of Transportation in disseminating e-tickets includes explaining the procedure for measuring vehicle loads using weigh-in-motion (WIM).
