As result, a strategy is proposed to relate a set of descriptor obtained from single end measurements of voltage and current (input) to the faulted zone (output), in a classical classification task. The proposed approach is tested in selection of the best calibration parameters of a SVM based fault locator and the best error in classification of 3.7% is then obtained considering all of the fault types. At the beginning of the analysis process on system, lead for the wind producer, it has as base given technician data supplied by the concessionaire. The main aim consists to propose models of simplified networks that allow to the necessity of the knowledge only of the data referring the internal network, that is, the parcel of the network of interest for analysis. This way, it is intended to supply forms for auxiliary in the systematization of the relations between the sector agents. The model of simplified network proposed identifies the internal network, external network and the boundary buses from a vulnerability study of the grid, testing to the boundary buses active and reactive powers floating model (slack buses). It was opted to apply the cited model in a hybrid load flow, composite by Gauss Seidel Zbus and Summation Power methods. The method based on multi-agent systems uses two kinds of agents: reactive and proactive. The reactive agents represent each sub-zone in the service zone, characterizing each one with their corresponding load level, represented in a real number, and their relationships with other sub-zones represented in development probabilities. The proactive agent carry the new load expected to be allocated because of the new special load, this agent distribute the new load in a propagation pattern. The results are presented with maps of future expected load levels in the service zone. The method is tested with data from a mid-size city real distribution system, simulating the effect of a load with attraction and repulsion attributes. Due to the random nature of lightning, different aspects of the phenomenon, such as the discharge points of incidence and the statistical distribution of the current intensity, are modeled in performance evaluation studies. This paper presents a comparative study of different models proposed in the literature to estimate the indirect lightning flashover rates of overhead distribution lines. The electrogeometric model, that defines the lightning striking point, and the statistical current distribution are evaluated using Monte Carlo simulations. The geometrical loci for constant magnitudes of the CVUF are presented, considering that the angles of the voltages are constant, and considering that the magnitudes of the voltages are constant. Furthermore, a correlation coefficient study is made between the CVUF and the negative- and positive-sequence voltage components (V2 and V1, respectively). The intention here is to determine the influence of the voltage components sequences on the magnitude and angle of the CVUF.
