Companies that will be able to quickly access information, qualified workforce and innovative solutions will be successful. This goal can only be achieved by those companies that will actively involve universities in their “life” through research partnerships, professional training programs, etc. thus being able to respond effectively to the market demands. The paper presents the results obtained through the achieved research by processing of the information collected from the teaching staff of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and the companies' representatives from Satu-Mare participating in the events of the project “Specialists for Satu-Mare”. The most important findings are: the need to develop training courses and to involve professors in research activity in order to design, develop and implement new products. However, creating a brand for a company that offers services requires more effort because the services are hard to visualize and each client has different expectations. More than promoting any of the services, branding aims to create a perception of trust so that the brand name to be associated with integrity, quality, and innovation. The purpose of this paper is to determine how entrepreneurs develop their service-based business through social networks branding and also what are the benefits obtained from each method. The authors have researched previously what is the impact of social network marketing on business development and noticed that service-based businesses tend to obtain benefits from different activities comparing to product-based businesses. The authors researched through a semistructured questionnaire the online activities of 71 SMEs from Bucharest that offer various types of services to their customers. The research was done with the idea in mind of \"learning by doing\" derived from the Child Centered Education theory of Pedagogy. The experimental group was formed of 15 children aged 4-5 years who have been taught about the concept of water circuit in nature by a group of 3rd graders who used the experimental method. The same concept was presented only by the teacher to a control group (N=15). The level of comprehension of the concept was measured to see if there were differences between the two groups. The experimental group scored higher in comprehension, memorisation and practice than the control group. The main focus of the study is to develop an environment where classes are associated by different levels (primary and preschool) so that the older children can teach younger children concepts otherwise hard to understand. Alternative educational groupings could generate a more profound comprehension of difficult subjects. The results of the study encourage the idea of breaking lines between age-groups and subjects. The current generation has found interest in technology development, regardless of age. Also, the older children can use their theory comprehension filters as foundation for teaching structures to younger children. The guided use of technology in the classroom should be the main preoccupation of teachers in order to enhance student performance and love for learning. Such pairing methods can help both teachers and students together. These issues are related to major relevant questions such as 'what' and 'where' to study, as well as the contents and the prospects of all provided specializations by the departments of Greek institutes of higher education. This article focuses on the analysis and the design of a mobile-based decision support system (DSS) to assist its users in getting thoroughly informed about HE studies in Greece, and eventually in choosing their vocational prospects. An extensive literature and applications review has revealed that there are no such DDS systems, giving to this work an innovative character. There are four factors that allow the integration and sharing of values through online and offline interactions: organizational culture, digital technology, implementation of creative methodologies and digital transformation. In this respect, the interactions specific to systems based on open governance were analyzed. Interactions between online and offline are also very important in the educational process. For this reason, we introduced a new concept, called TOTO (\"Teaching Online, Transfer Offline\" ↔ \"Transfer Offline, Teaching Online\"). This slogan is meant to promote the acquisition and transfer of knowledge in the future. Particular importance was given to studying the effects of the interactions between Personal Online Learning Networks and Offline Learning Teams.
