If, during a physics experiment, students do not know the principle of operation of the installation, then they also remain unclear how the physics phenomenon occurs in the experiment. If the experimental textbooks in the physics classroom are old, unusable, or there are no physics overloads, it is necessary that the teacher can consider a way to solve this problem and quickly make a decision using modern technologies (for example, 3D printing) to eliminate or alleviate the problem. The aim of this study is to address the challenges faced by physics educators in using outdated or unavailable laboratory equipment. The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of 3D modeling and printing based on STEM technology for performing physics laboratory work. In addition, it is necessary to determine the features of the use of 3D modeling and printing in the interpretation of physics concepts. This study employs a descriptive correlational approach, utilizing both a meta-analysis of relevant literature and a student questionnaire. In the course of the study, a meta-analysis of scientific papers based on the PRISMA method was conducted and a student questionnaire method was obtained. Based on 3D computer programs, a modeling method and constructive printing methods were chosen. These results underscore the need for integrating modern technologies into physics education to foster a deeper understanding and engagement with scientific phenomena. The results of the responses of 64 surveyed students significantly expand the teaching experience - using 3D modeling and printing technologies compared with traditional forms of education. The results of the study are recommended for use in the field of STEM education and are a necessary document for a large audience of researchers in the future.","PeriodicalId":220595,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"1 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141920868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Method: The study was conducted using wavelet coherence analysis, which made it possible to separate short-term, medium-term and long-term effects in the dynamic dependence of the analyzed variables, and identify the direction and intensity of this relationship. Finding: The research results indicate the existence of all four relationships between aggregated budget revenues and expenditures of the federal constituent entities for various time periods, on different time scales, throughout the entire observation time interval (2013:12÷2023:03). These findings demonstrate that, to a greater extent, the budgets of the federal constituent entities are characterized by the presence of a dynamic relationship between aggregated revenues and expenditures in the following modes: “revenues-expenditures” (when revenues are ahead of expenditures) and “expenditures-revenues” (when expenditures are ahead of revenues). In addition, the time scale and time range of the emergence of the “fiscal synchronization” and “fiscal neutrality” modes in the relationship between aggregated revenues and expenditures of the federal constituent entities are determined. Implication: The results obtained provide a possible explanation for the contradictory results of numerous studies based on traditional methods and empirical observations over different historical periods, since each of these methods only partially explains a particular mode of the dynamic relationship between revenues and expenditures. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the substantiation that continuous wavelet analysis is a powerful tool for studying the nonlinear relationship between revenues and expenditures, since understanding the causalities between revenues and expenditures on various time scales is significant for choosing measures aimed at maintaining the budget sustainability of the federal constituent entities. The practical significance of the research results is determined by the fact that they can be an essential starting point for determining the necessary fiscal policy measures aimed at increasing the budget sustainability of the federal constituent entities.","PeriodicalId":220595,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"57 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141654747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studies have been conducted to address writing challenges in various contexts, including social media platforms. However, rare research is available to examine the specific types and frequency of writing errors committed by EFL undergraduates while using WhatsApp, particularly in the context of Najran University. Therefore, the current study aimed to examine the types of errors and their frequency that EFL students commit in WhatsApp chat messages. Following a descriptive research design, this study used WhatsApp chat messaging samples and conducted semi-structured interviews with a sample of 40 English undergraduates. The content analysis of students' chat messages on WhatsApp indicated errors in spelling, verb tense, capitalization, noun number, and punctuation. Among these, the most frequent error was spelling. Additionally, the analysis of semi-structured interviews identified factors responsible for these errors, including excessive dependence on abbreviations and shortcuts, lack of familiarity with formal and informal communication, inadequate attention to grammar standards, limited exposure and practice with English language writing conventions, unfamiliarity with the formatting choices in WhatsApp, and interruptions from notifications and other conversations. Based on the findings, suggestions and recommendations are presented to address the writing issues of EFL undergraduates.","PeriodicalId":220595,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"7 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141044632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study examines the method of assessing the temperature T* at which this process occurs based on the temperature dependence of oil viscosity. It is found that with T>T*, there are two effects taking place in oils that change the stability of oil-water emulsions in two opposite directions. Specifically, the reduction of oil viscosity facilitates a decrease in emulsion stability. In turn, increased emulsion stability is promoted by a rise in the content of natural emulsifiers in the oil disperse medium at T>T* due to a phase transition with a dramatic change in the particle size of the disperse phase. Therefore, the maximum speed and degree of oil dehydration is achieved at T*, which is confirmed experimentally. As a result, the need for a critical analysis of the oil treatment temperature regime used in the fields considering phase transitions within the particles of its dispersed phase is shown.","PeriodicalId":220595,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"339 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138996561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
