However, less attention has been paid on the spacecraft automatic testing technology based on workflow methodology. In this paper we introduce workflow technology into testing for improving the automation of spacecraft testing. Firstly we present a spacecraft testing process definition language STPDL based on XPDL. Then the architecture of spacecraft testing workflow engine is proposed for parsing STPDL. In addition, we give core scheduling algorithm and the implementation detail of the spacecraft testing workflow engine. At the end of the paper we give the future of our workflow engine.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132117879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the analysis of comparison, it can be observed that the structure of classic artificial neural network is regular, and itpsilas functions have many defects and limit by comparing with brain neural network; the brain neural network is a small-world network; the difference between artificial neural network and small-world network consists in three levels of their complexity: vertices, links and behavior. Then how to reconstruct the classic artificial neural network to small-world neural network is discussed. The small-world neural network could be obtained through the rewiring links with probability p (0<p<1) from artificial neural network. The rewiring probability p should be satisfied with 0<p<0.1 for the best simulation. At last, the paper presents some conclusions.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134159214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the node runs for cluster-head, the node with different energy would have different probability. To improve the effect of speech enhancement at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), this paper proposed a optimal speech enhancement scheme. Based on auditory perception properties, no estimator for noise masked spectrum and classical enhancement estimator for noise unmasked spectrum. Then a speech signal estimator is proposed as a weighted sum of the individual estimator in each state, where the weight is related with noise masked probability. Compared with Viragpsilas method and LSA-MMSE estimator, the proposed estimator can suppress the residual noise effectively while keep smaller speech distortion especially at low SNR.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"212 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133391318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many models and methods have been presented in the past, but most of them regarded the electricity price system as the linear system and using the linear theory to predict. In fact, electricity price system is a nonlinear system. According to its characteristics of complexity and non-linearity; this paper proposed a new electricity price forecasting model based on chaos theory. The proposed method makes use of chaos time series analysis to capture characteristics of complicated price behavior. First the chaotic characteristic of electricity price was verified based on phase-space reconstitution of time series by means of Lyapunov exponent. Then the improved add-weighted one-rank multi-steps prediction model is applied to a short-term electricity price forecasting. Comparing electricity price time series with historical date by chaos theory, the results indicated that it will be a bright merit to use chaos theory predicting electricity price of electricity industry.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116261104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through literature review, hypotheses, data collection, data analysis, validation, we get conclusions and recommendations. In this paper, we have found that five critical success factors including project objective and bound, top management support, project plan and monitoring, project user involvement, project communications would have significant impacts on the performance of the information system development projects. On the other words, that means we could gain success by controlling theses critical success factors. Furthermore, we also found that the factors have significant differences between the different projects.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128815620","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, CoTraining is employed for filtering out the likely positive data from the unlabeled dataset U. Second, we got vectors of documents in positive set using semantic-based feature extraction, then found the strong positive from likely positive set which is produced in first step. Those data picked out can be supplied to positive dataset P. Finally, a linear one-class SVM will learn from both the purified U as negative and the expanded P as positive. Because of the algorithm's characteristic of automatic expanding positive dataset, the proposed algorithm especially performs well in situations where given positive dataset P is insufficient. A comprehensive experiment had proved that our algorithm is preferable to the existing ones.","PeriodicalId":218182,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Seminar on Future Information Technology and Management Engineering","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125080661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
