By integrating the research of top management team and cognitive process and combining with theory of human capital, top management team decision-making process model basing on human capital is proposed accordingly. The proposed method is based on the multiplicity property of knots. A required point of the original B-spline curve (boundary) is transformed from C2 into G2 continuity. The angle constraints are satisfied by modifying the control points. The cusped edge is presented on the original surface without trimming. Thus, the method offers a direct way of designing surfaces which can be applied in computer-aided design tools. A specific angle is given to control the sharpness of the cusp in a B-spline curve (boundary). By calculating the cutting force in the turning process using the empirical formula in the actual production, analyzing the surface layer residual area in the cutter cutting process, abstracting the relationship between cutters and workpieces into a vibration model, and mapping all the changes of physical factors in the cutting process into the virtual manufacturing system, prediction of the surface roughness in the CNC turning simulation system is thus achieved. Then the controllability of the speed control system of ship switchboard diesel engine is researched and shows the system to be controllable over F(z), i.e, structurally controllable. ANSYS software was applied to analyze temperature field and stress field of welding process. And the simulation of which has been realized by using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). In analysis some effective measures were taken to ensure solution convergence and accurate result, which are very approximate with theoretical calculation, it has an important direction in welding technology.
