Therefore, how to balance the multi-object optimization problem in distribution network planning has become an urgent problem. The distribution network reliability evaluation model is introduced in this paper. Based on wavelet packet and rearrangement distribution of de-noising scheme is raised to the white noise of the speech signal. Understanding brand love connotation and structure is a premise and basis for systematically developing brand love research. Based on western consumers' brand love concept theory, this paper takes Chinese consumers' psychological features into account, establishes Chinese consumers' brand love conceptual structure, develops a brand love scale and empirically tests it with sports' shoes brands. The result shows that, (1) Chinese consumers' brand love consists of three dimensions named brand satisfaction and trust, brand passion, brand attachment; (2) Chinese consumers' brand love structure is different from western consumers' band love structure, the difference can be explained by objective difference in culture, consumption habits, commercial environment between China and western countries. We collected the data of 2007–2009 from CCER and annual reports of the listed companies. With the data, we researched on the influence between growth determinants and other economic indicators, such as size of the firm, profitability, operational capacity, debt-paying ability, and capital structure, by hypothesis test model. Using the “main business income” as the index of the growth of enterprises, the data were processed by statistical software, such as EXCEL, SAS and SPSS. To improve the accuracy of demodulation system of FBG sensors, based on a fiber comb filter, a wavelength-demodulation method of FBG was proposed and an experiment platform was designed to demodulate the FBG wavelength for smart civil structure. The reinforced concrete embedded fiber Bragg gratings became the intelligent civil structure on which the experiment of structural health monitoring was done. Experimental results show that, based on a fiber comb filter, the FBG wavelength demodulation method can be used to demodulate the FBG wavelength with high speed and high precision, which can be used extensively in large-scale multipoint monitor engineering. The system can record the handwriting process of Chinese characters learners.
