However, despite being significantly agitated in the recent past in view of unprecedented airline failures, the Nigerian airline industry is least studied. The safety management system (SMS) meant to be a constant measuring tool has been downplayed in research concerning this country’s airline system. To correct this anomaly, this study takes a frontline empirical initiative to prioritize the safety management system components and elements which hitherto has been very challenging and currently being approached by intuition. In this paper, the collective wisdom of experts is integrated into a framework of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) wherein experienced professionals’ ideas are obtained through questionnaire administration and interviews. The AHP methodology is a classical, merit-driven and validated approach in decision making and applied in this instance to the Nigerian aviation industry. Bu calismada, metaloksit nanopartikuller arasinda yer alan NiFe 2 O 4 (30 nm)  nanopartikulunun Drosophila melanogaster’in yabanil soyu uzerinde olasi toksik etkisine karsi zeytin yapragindan elde edilen Oleuropein’in koruyucu etkisinin olup olmadigi arastirilmaya calisilmistir. Bu amacla, D. melanogaster larva ve ergin bireylerine farkli konsantrasyonlarda NiFe 2 O 4 (25, 50, 75, 100, 200 ve 500 µg/mL) ve Oleuropein (100 µM) uygulanarak yasama yuzdesi ve yavru birey sayisi deneyleri yapilmistir. Kontrol ve uygulama gruplarina ait sonuclarin istatistiksel analizleri icin tek yonlu varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Duncan testi uygulanmistir. Calisma sonucunda yasama yuzdesi deneylerinden elde edilen verilere gore, larvalara uygulanan NiFe 2 O 4 nanopartikulunun tum konsantrasyonlari kontrole gore yasam yuzdesini azaltirken, Oleuropein uygulamasi yasama yuzdesini arttirmistir. Bununla birlikte, etkisi arastirilmak uzere bir deney setinde yalnizca ergin disi bireylere, diger deney setinde ise yalnizca erkek ergin bireylere NiFe 2 O 4 ve Oleuropein uygulamalarinin yapildigi yavru birey sayisi deneyleri sonucunda, NiFe 2 O 4 nanokompozitinin konsantrasyon artisina bagli olarak F 1 neslinde toplam yavru dol sayisinin azaldigi, Oleuropein uygulanan deney setlerine ait F 1 neslinde ise bu sayisinin artarak kontrole yaklastigi gorulmustur ( p < 0.05). Sonuclara gore bitkilerdeki bakir icerigi bakir uygulamasindaki artisla birlikte katlanmistir. Bununla birlikte, MDA orani artan Cu konsantrasyonu ile artmaktadir. Fakat fotosentetik pigmentlerin seviyesi Cu konsantrasyonunun artmasiyla azalmaktadir. Kayserinin Bunyan, Develi ve Melikgazi ilcelerinde yetisen Gilaburu meyvelerindeki A, E vitamini, beta-karoten, likopen, redukte ve okside glutatyon miktarlari sirasiyla 0.10±0.01 - 0.24±0.03 mg/g; 0.96±0.12 - 14.38±1.58 mg/g; 3.27±0.23 - 6.52±0.70 mg/g; 2.89±0.30 - 10.95±1.10 mg/g; 206.78±13.24 - 334.75±16.81 mg/g ve 19.16±1.57 - 23.40±3.38  mg/g arasinda degistigi gozlendi. Vitaminler, β-karoten, likopen ve GSH saglikli beslenme icin oldukca onemli iken, GSSG miktarinin yuksek olmasi ise istenmeyen bir durumdur. Yıldız","doi":"10.18185/EUFBED.55880","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18185/EUFBED.55880","url":null,"abstract":"The successful marketing of natural pigments derived from microorganisms and microalgae or extracted from flowering plants, both as food colorants and nutritional supplements, reflects the presence, and importance of markets in which consumers are willing to pay a premium for “natural healthy ingredients”. As known, pigments prefer in natural products have antioxidant, antimicrobial and antimutagenic activities. The most commonly used food grade pigments are chemical compounds containing nitrite and nitrate salts and these synthetic compounds have carcinogenic and teratogenic effects. As colorant substances, natural pigments are very important. Natural pigments sourced from ores, insects, plants and animals were the colorants used since prehistoric period. The industry is now able to produce some microbial pigments for applications in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and textiles. Microorganisms and microalgae as sources of pigments for food use: an industrial reality. The utilization of agro-industrial residues for pigment production may represent an added value to the industry and an environmental-friendly way for waste management. Twelve heavy elements (V, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Br, Sn, Sb, I, La, Ce, Pb) were analysed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF). The element concentration showed trend of Cu>Zn>Sn>Sb>Mn>Fe>I=La>Ce>Br>V>Pb.
