The development mode of the global economy and trade has also changed, which has accelerated the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce mode. Under the normal epidemic situation, how to optimize the development of cross-border e-commerce is the key to promote economic development. This paper analyzes the pain points of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the analysis of the whole industry chain of cross-border e-commerce, it deeply analyzes the relationship between blockchain and cross-border e-commerce. Compared with traditional document text detection, scene text changes more dramatically in font, scale, arrangement, and background. Therefore, deep learning technology has become the mainstream method in this field because of its excellent performance, which is helpful to improve the ability of text detection. This paper introduces the main research techniques of natural scene text detection and summarizes the structural characteristics of some classical network models. This paper sorts out, analyzes, and summarizes the running mechanism and performance of various network models for natural scene text detection deep learning-based in recent years. The common public datasets and their application characteristics are listed. Based on single chip control module as the center, connect interface circuit, power supply to data analysis. AT89S51 single chip is used to build the control module, the interface is used to connect the computer, the power module uses low noise low voltage differential linear voltage stabilizer. In software section, design the communication protocol of host query and slave interruption, receive the host command from the machine and complete the address matching and transmit data to the host and query the MCU until all communication data are received, thus completing the system design. This paper provides a gradual roadmap for the digital transformation of enterprises to cloud native from a technical perspective and provides three main technical goals for how enterprises migrate their business from traditional stand-alone business to cloud native: virtualization, containerization, and clustering. A data distributed structure model of Chinese and English cross-language information under Systemic Functional Linguistics is constructed. Structural semantic hierarchical feature analysis method is used to fuse Chinese and English cross-language information under Systemic Functional Linguistics, feature extraction of Chinese and English cross-language information under Systemic Functional Linguistics is carried out in the reorganized feature space, and a fuzzy clustering model of Chinese and English cross-language information retrieval under Systemic Functional Linguistics is established by combining big data mining method. According to the semantic extension of verb-resultative phrases and dictionary learning results, the feature matching of Chinese and English cross-language data in personalized retrieval under the vision of Systemic Functional Linguistics is realized, and the Chinese and English cross-language information retrieval model under the vision of Systemic Functional Linguistics is established by adopting the method of grammatical attribute matching of semantic factors. The function and structure of the system are designed on LabVIEW platform. Based on this, the hardware of the system is designed, including building structure visual image acquisition equipment and wireless transmission module. In the software part of the system, the image algorithm is used to calculate the visual image of the building structure to complete the judgment of the instability factor. Firstly, the decision tree algorithm of data mining algorithm is used to mine the interactive visual information. Based on the mining results, interactive information visualization reference model, interactive information visualization data state reference model and interactive information resource visualization model are constructed. Through the above model, the visual mapping processing of interactive information can be completed, and the visual view can be generated for the visual display of interactive information. First, we analyze the theory of upper limit finite element and its mechanics principle. Then, in view of the failure mode of karst tunnel foundation, the upper limit bearing capacity solution of the foundation under various conditions is calculated by using the upper limit finite element method. Finally, the ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation diagram of the foundation with the cavity are calculated by the finite element method, and the stability of various types of caverns under the action of load is analyzed. The mechanical properties of high temperature resistant surface material plate were monitored by concentrated load moment analysis method. According to the measured data of the sensor, the grid characteristic test data of high temperature resistant surface material with multi-source data structure is fused. Then the characteristics of high temperature resistant surface materials were optimized. The mesh independence of heat-resistant surface material optimization is verified, and the optimization modeling of heat-resistant surface material is realized.
