Survey research design was employed through personal observation. The observation lasted for 7 days which entails a 7-day peak and off-peak hour count within the specified hours of 7-10 am 2-4 pm and 4-7 pm from Sunday to Saturday. Of the three hours designated for each morning, afternoon, and evening session, there seems to be no rinsing of hands by passengers, although there were provisions of veronica buckets in the Bus Park. Also, there seems to be a low level of adherence to nose masks and or face mask-wearing among the passengers, however, the FUTA shuttle bus operators were keen on ensuring physical distance in the sitting arrangement of passengers as this was discovered in all the shuttle buses that were studied. It has been widely recognized by international conventions and has become a basic duty of the state to ensure and improve the level of citizens' access to medicines. At the same time, in the face of increasingly widespread uncertainties in modern society, building a fair and efficient legal system for medicines access is a necessary measure to promote citizens' trust in the government and maintain the legitimacy of power. In the conditions of 1.3 billion population and an unbalanced and inadequate economic development, China strives to ensure that its citizens’ medicines are economically affordable through continuous improvement of the legal system and arrangements, and to encourage local pharmaceutical companies to develop and manufacture better-quality medicines. On the premise of respecting the status of market players and property rights of pharmaceutical companies, China comprehensively uses diversified tools such as information, standards, market access, and competition law enforcement to establish a legal system for medicines accessibility from two channels: supply guarantee and price control. Particular attention is paid to the adjustment of the medical and social insurance and essential medicines systems. In recent years, China has focused on improving the pharmaceutical patent system, promoting the balanced development of local original research medicines and generic medicines, as well as the overall optimization and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry through the protection of patent rights and appropriate restrictions. One topic that should be addressed is the situation of women in labor market policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in Latin America. According to the International Labour Organization, the employment of women in the Americas decreased between 2019 and 2020 by 9.4 percent due to the effects of COVID-19- compared to 7.0 percent in the case of men- which represented the highest globally decline in all regions. This data has to be taken into consideration by public, private and social sectors to find optimal solutions to face this situation. Furthermore, a critical analysis should be made in order to identify the issues that have caused the problem and that may represent future risks. In this regard, the Critical Legal Feminist Theory may offer an interesting perspective of how the ideology, authorities and law should be reconsidered to explore new horizons for women in the society.
