A quantitative approach using the content analysis method was used in this study to describe message content based on the concept of educational messages from the development communication theory, communication, information and education model. The research object consists of 3 (three) videos with a 30 seconds each duration and 64 scenes. The analysis was carried out by coding educational messages consisting of verbal and nonverbal messages by 2 coders. The results showed that the PSA video covid 19 vaccine of Indonesian Ministry of Health's contains educational messages with dominant elements of encouraging learning for lyrical and written for verbal messages, while nonverbal educational messages of music and expression are dominated by elements of attitude formation. This tragedy claimed hundreds of lives, including women and children. This dark incident became the spotlight of various media, both media in Indonesia and foreign media. The editorial team of SEA Today News is concerned about the coverage of this tragedy, considering that football is a very popular sport in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the editorial policy gatekeeping that SEA Today News did in broadcasting the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. This researcher uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used by the author is moderate participatory observation, where the writer has a balance between being an insider and an outsider, participating in some activities but not all. Besides that, structured interviews are used because the writer knows for sure what information will be obtained. In analyzing the editorial policy of SEA Today regarding the reporting of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy, the author uses the stages of the gatekeeping process by Shoemaker and Reese. Tour guide activities, including communication activities carried out between HPI members in introducing tourism areas. In the digital era and the new normal era, the need to use various communication media such as social media has a very high role. The research objectives are; 1) analyze the influence of social media activities at HPI in promoting the Lake Toba tourism area; 2) analyze the factors that influence the promotion of the Lake Toba tourism area. This research uses quantitative research methods with research locations in North Sumatra. Gradual sampling technique (multi-step random sampling). The sample size was determined as many as 60 HPI members from a total population of 114 HPI members. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observing HPI members' social media and discussions with HPI management. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of a regression test.The results of the study show that in general HPI members access Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube and Instagram social media. Apart from social media, another medium used by HPI in promoting Lake Toba tourism is using group communication. One of these tourist villages is Giriloyo Tourism Village, where the closure of this tourist village has hit the economy of the batik craftsmen who are members of the Sido Asih Batik Community. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the role of group communication in the Sido Asih Batik Community in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and literature review. This study shows that the role of group communication is important, because group communication can act as a medium for community coordination and consolidation. Due to the pandemic, group communication is carried out virtually via the WhatsApp (WA) group. Group communication is also used as a forum for joint problem solving and produces a number of initiatives, such as selling batik cloth online using WhatsApp (WA) to a number of cities in Indonesia, and selling other products such as herbal medicine. However sports journalist broadcasters are limited, as seen from the way women athletes are covered at various levels, the representation of athletes who get the spotlight as well as the focus on sports industry issues that get coverage priority. This literature review uses the scoping literature review method - a literature discussion on women sports journalists - and Bourdieu's framework to understand sports journalism as doxa and its influence on women journalists and other women workers in sports journalism. Experiences and decision making of women journalists were analyzed with the perspective of Gender Psychology based on previous researches from Journalism, Communication, Sports and Media Studies. The literature analysis resulted in a mapping of the various issues faced by women sports journalists, as well as describing the dynamics and identity negotiations that were experienced. The existence of women sports journalists influences the way sports desk works, the issues and focus of their work, their writing styles, and their strategies in the workplace and sports media as institutions. This background encourages researchers to examine the relationship between organizational communication climate and employee performance at the West Java Communication and Information Office. Through a quantitative correlational study with a sample of 62 people. This study aims to determine the relationship between the trust of all members of the organization, joint decision-making, honesty, openness in downward communication, listening in upward communication, and attention to high-performance goals with functional tasks and behavioural tasks of the Java Communications and Informatics Service employees. West. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlational study. The results showed that all aspects of the organizational communication climate, including trust, shared decision making, honesty, openness in downward communication, listening in upward communication, and attention to high-performance goals, were significantly correlated with employee performance, including the following aspects: tasks functional and behavioural tasks. The highest correlation coefficient value is in the honesty aspect, with rs of 0.766. And the lowest correlation coefficient on the aspect of trust with rs of 0.303. Sexual harassment seizures that get less attention, both from the authorities and the authorities or even have to choose silence when dealing with the more powerful parties often occur. This creates a negative stigma and causes sexual abuse traffickers to be afraid to complain about the crimes that occur to themselves and the absence of a deterrent effect on the perpetrator makes the perpetrators act freely because they feel themselves safe. This phenomenon was made into a Light Confiscation Film Photocopier. The purpose of the researchers in raising this discussion is to describe and represent the case of sexual harassment raised in the film Photocopier. Researchers used analytical techniques using qualitative methods and took John Fiske's semiotic examination methods to pass codes and profound importance on to films. This has hampered many organizations in carrying out their work programs. This research was conducted to determine the obstacles that occur in organizational communication at HIMAIKOM FISIP UPN Veteran Jakarta during the Distance Learning period using Wursanto's concept of organizational communication barriers, namely; technical barriers, semantic barriers, behavioral barriers, structural barriers, distance barriers, and background barriers. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach and uses primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique was carried out by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in which the informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed through four stages of data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the six organizational communication barriers in HIMAIKOM are found according to the types of organizational communication barriers according to Wursanto.
