Three different ASR systems with different features and methods have been tested and tried using the Kaldi toolkit. For the first and second Asante-Twi ASR systems, Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) feature extraction method was used with different context dependent parameters for each and the Perceptual Linear Prediction(PLP) feature extraction method was used for the third ASR system. To enhance the performance of the ASR systems, all feature extraction methods of the systems are improved using Cepstral Mean and Variance Normalization (CMVN) and Delta(&Dgr;) dynamic features. In addition, the acoustic model unit of each ASR system using the GMM-HMM pattern classifier algorithm has been improved by training two context dependent (triphone) models, one on top of the other, and both on top of context independent (monophone) models to deliver better performance. Word Error Rate(WER) is used as metrics for measuring the accuracy performance of the systems. As the correct parameter setting for triphone models were used, the second ASR system saw about 50% reduction in %WER for the first triphone model and about 10% reduction in %WER values for the second triphone model as compared to the first ASR system. Decoding results show that the second ASR system was the most efficient system of all the ASR systems in percent WER because it produced the lowest value of 5.15% WER obtained from context dependent triphone models. The third ASR system, using the same triphone parameters as the second ASR, was the worst performing of all three. According to the light scattering phenomenon and Mie scattering theory, in an ideal case, the light intensity of the scattered light is directly proportional to the mass concentration of particles, and the particle concentration can be calculated by algorithm. A major type of constraint stipulates that each trainee should perform a rotation in a range of consecutive time periods. Fairness of trainees being assigned to rotations and rest requests from trainees are also considered. We develop a stochastic neighborhood search algorithm for solving this problem. The algorithm uses an iterated stochastic neighborhood search framework with a simple acceptance criterion. The algorithm has no parameters and is very easy to implement. The approach is tested on a set of instances from real-life settings. We compare our approach with another neighborhood search procedure. Firstly, the XOR gate in the flip-flop module is replaced with and or gate to control and reduce flip-flop activities. A data holding module was added to maintain the correctness of timing and prevent burrs. The designed circuit was simulated based on ISCAS89 benchmark circuit on ModelSim experiment platform. Currently, in-motion initial alignment of SINS is still a challenge. In this paper, the high precision velocity provided by LDV to aid SINS in-motion alignment. Considering that some approximation used in the alignment model and the unknown noise parameters during the filter process, an unscented quaternion H-infinite estimator (USQUHE) is proposed in this paper. Because USQUHE combines the advantages of H-infinite filter and unscented quaternion estimator, USQUHE has satisfactory robustness when processing nonlinear models. The performance of the proposed method is verified by a vehicle field test. BDS can be not only used for military purposes, such as intelligence gathering, nuclear explosion monitoring, emergency communications, but also for location services, transportation, mapping, precision agriculture. To ensure the national defense security and the wide application of BDS in civil and military areas, BDS must be autonomous and controllable. As a complex system of knowledge-intensive, knowledge transformation runs through the whole process of research and development, production, operation, and maintenance of BDS. Based on the perspective of knowledge transformation, this paper expounds on the meaning of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization of knowledge transformation and the coupling relationship of autonomy and control on the basis of analyzing the status quo and problems of the autonomy and control of BDS. The autonomous and controllable framework of BDS based on knowledge transformation is constructed from six dimensions of management capability, R&D capability, technical capability, manufacturing capability, service support capability, and application capability. Expensive and burdensome path-based analysis (PBA) forces designers to adopt faster graph-based analysis (GBA) in more early flows at the cost of pessimism. Existing work focuses on reducing pessimism but ignores the degree of optimism. In this paper, we propose a stage-based delay model based on machine learning technique with customized loss function to rapidly generate predicted PBA timing results from the pessimistic GBA timing report with considering the asymmetric loss. The model could also enable the designers to identify the false violation path in GBA report with less time cost to reduce the over-design and margin in post-route optimization phase. Experimental results demonstrate that the mean absolute error of predicted PBA slack divergence reduces 66.7%~79.8% compared to GBA-PBA slack divergence (from 17.79ps to 5.92ps and 3.6ps) with about 3X runtime overhead reduction on a 28nm industrial ASIC for each corner.
