Based on ICAO Standard Calculation model, the software achieves three primary functions necessary in international civil jet landing gear floating characteristics analysis. The calculation precision of the software has reached the international standard. With high engineering practical value, the software can meet the comprehension requirements of both aircraft development and manual writing. Based on the related data of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system from 2011 to 2016 in China, the order degree, coupling degree and co-coupling degree of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system are analysed through the empirical method. Result shows that the coupling and coupling coordination degree of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system both increase with years. However, the value of coupling and coupling coordination degree still belongs to the low synergistic development stage. The result also shows that synergy development of the overall effect is not obvious. Cities along the Belt and Road should make full use of the policy of national implementation of the opportunity. The cities can improve the related infrastructure construction, enhance the informatization level during invest electronic payment and electronic government procedures. As the existing analysis algorithms fail to meet the requirements of efficient large-scale open source analysis, this paper proposes an effective incremental analysis algorithm that can extract incremental text modifications by comparing snapshots in code repositories and then transform the above-mentioned text modifications into incremental functions through the application of mapping algorithm. Meanwhile, a fingerprint algorithm targeting incremental functions is put forward for efficient comparisons of functions. Digitalisation era comes with exponential IT transformation and brings people to always link business process reengineering and software (Soft) upgrade or IT revolution. This article discusses about the importance of the hardware reengineering over software reengineering in meeting the purpose of business process innovation in a company. Findings showed that business process reengineering is mostly about hardware transformation by means of business transactions between functional units and the business infrastructure compared to software engineering. 85% of participants agreed on the impact of hardware transformation in achieving BPR compared to software reengineering. In addition to hard and soft aspect of BPR, process as well as people are also critical for a successful BPR implementation. Software engineering constitutes an enabler for the implementation of hardware engineering. This paper summarizes the concept, process and methods of risk evaluation of information security. On the basis of these work, the index system of risk evaluation of information security with four rule layers and sixteen scheme layers is constructed.
