One of the marketing strategies that can be applied in winning the market competition is a brand development strategy. If a brand is introduced or communicated through advertisements in various media, this will lead to brand awareness as the first step so that a brand can be better known to the public and become an alternative product of choice. Companies that are active in instilling certain brand associations in the minds of consumers can form a different image from other brands. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What is the effect of Brand Awereness What effect does (brand awareness) have on consumer buy loyalty? What impact does Perceived Quality have on customer buy loyalty? Multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this investigation. The census sampling approach was utilized to choose the sample for this investigation. The findings revealed that: Purchase loyalty is influenced by brand awareness in a positive and significant way. The state regulates the concept of legal protection in health insurance in the form of insurance. Insurance is an agreement between two parties, namely the insurance company and the policyholder. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in insurance regulation in Indonesia and to analyze Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning insurance, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is normative juridical by reviewing the regulations on insurance. The result of this study is that the state must take a role when both parties between the insurance company and the policyholder have problems during the pandemic. Regarding the Quality of Human Resources and Financial Management Information Systems on Village Financial Performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic, financial management that has been carried out in the Semarang Regency Village is still manual, while the problems during the Coronavirus 19 pandemic are all activities related to Village Financial Performance encountered obstacles. Due to this, villages in Semarang district need to create a Financial Management information system that has Coronavirus 19 management features and financial transparency with the support of good quality human resources. The population in this study were villages in Semarang Regency with a total of 140 villages. Sampling with the purposive random sampling method . In this study, the population was relatively moderate, as many as 140 villages. The high number of educated unemployed is one of the features of unemployment in Indonesia, however economic growth and earnings are increasing every year. This is troubling because, in theory, as the economy grows and incomes rise, unemployment should decrease, but it does not in practice. The motivation behind this examination is to investigate: 1) the effect of financial development on instructed joblessness, and 2) the effect of wages on taught joblessness. This form of study is done after the fact. The study focuses on 33 Indonesian provinces utilizing panel data. Documentation is a data collection tool. Panel data regression is used to test hypotheses.
