Without the attendance process, the lecturer or teacher cannot assess the participation of a student. But in the process now, attendance is still done manually using paper. Where later the paper will be signed by students. But this will cause problems. The first problem is the use of excess paper and the second problem is the difficulty for the administration to recapitulate student attendance results. This is because so many attendance papers must be analyzed by the administration. Therefore, a student attendance system is needed that can collect data quickly, efficiently and accurately. This student attendance system is done by conducting data collection, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. This system is created using the PHP and Java Android programming languages. The System is also using Ibeacon as classroom identifier. This condition is on a P-V curve where the characteristic depends on temperature of PV surface and irradiation level. Many algorithms have been established to this MPPT technique including algorithm based on artificial intelligence. One of the algorithms is genetic algorithm (GA) as heuristic algorithm that ran by emulate the process of natural selection. This algorithm application is conducted for MPPT technique. This research was conducted by making model to compare GA to the conventional one, perturb and observe (PO) being used as analytical method. Moreover, correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the characteristics of the GA to MPPT technique. The results of this research presented that the genetic algorithm applied to MPPT had worthy met accuracy on tracking and power output. Methods used in image watermarking are DWT and SS. The results of our experiment show that CS can be used as a compression method on image watermarking with good performance, BER approaches zero and no more than 0.3, SSIM approaches 1, and PSNR is above 50 dB. From the IT security perspective, risk management is the process of understanding and responding to factors that may lead to a failure in information security of an information system. Risk Scenario needs to be built as a starting point to conduct its risk assessment. Risk Assessment is an essential component of risk management to define appropriate response or security control to handle risk. Risk assessment which involves an understanding of possible risk, knowledge of likely risks and threats, measured assessments of established controls and executed plans to address identified vulnerabilities. To resume the result from risk assessment process in COBIT 5 for Risk known as risk scenario document. This paper discusses how to create a Risk Scenario on a critical application system owned by a government agency as a case study. While NIST SP 800-30 Revision 1 to fulfill risk assessment process. One of the essential things that must be considered in the cognitive radio network is how to allocate available channels resource to users. Inappropriate channel usage can have an impact on the quality of system performance. This paper presents a channel selection method for users on cognitive radio networks based on firefly algorithm. The use of this algorithm aims to allocate the best channels for users to minimize the interference received. The results of the implementation are evaluated through simulation. The results of the simulation show that this method can optimize the use of resources on cognitive radio networks with more optimal. Most animals migrate from one place to another far away, and some of them just stop for a moment. They often move from their birthplace where they breed a great distance. This condition makes researchers or people who care about the Environment difficult to classify the various types of vetebrata animals they find. This expert system is intended to help them to solve the common problem of identifying vertebrate animals (vetebrata) with an efficient approach and results orientation. This expert system knowledge is incorporated into an integrated knowledge base using “if-then” rules. The conclusion of this expert system was taken by using forward chaining inference mechanism. With accurate knowledge and serious testing, this system can help the diagnosis process quickly and accurately. The capacitance meter hardware consists of Oscillator Circuit, the inductor which parallels with the sample as LC Circuit, and Frequency Meter. The sample is assumed as a capacitor object detection on the LC Circuit is resonated by the oscillator. The frequency result from the resonance is read and the process by IC 74HC93 and Arduino, furthermore the capacitance value is displayed on LCD. The Portable Electronic Capacitance Meter system had been calibrated, then it used to measure the capacitance of air, water, and 5 various oil. The measurement data shows the value of water capacitance is greater than oil, and the value of air capacitance is smaller than other substances. However, by comparing the capacitance of various oil, soybean oil tends to have a small, while Lard has the biggest capacitance value in this study. In order to supply telecommunication systems in rural areas that are unable to access electricity easily, hybrid system with photovoltaic (PV), battery are proposed. PV can be used as the main source of power for BTS. Meanwhile, batteries are used as its backup. In this paper, the modeling and simulation of PV hybrid with different conditions are presented. The required number of components will be calculated and The daily energy consumption will be given. Microcell BTS with 2 kW load capacity, can be generated with 50 solar panels. Complaints figure out publics expectation and needs. Understanding the complaints lead to a possibility to improve public services quality. Twitter is a popular micro-blogging in society. Society can express through their activity, experiences, complaints through the internet easily and real time. In this research the classification society complaints through tweeters into water, electricity, and roads. The twitter classification is built using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The feature selection in this research are using term frequency (TF), document frequency (DF), information gain, and chi square. In this research, combination of features that have been produced from the previous feature selection. The experiments result shows that K-NN is able to classify complaints The accuracy of complaints detection and complaints classification are achieved at 83.75% and 77.08% respectively.
