Juhár","doi":"10.23919/ELMAR.2018.8534677","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23919/ELMAR.2018.8534677","url":null,"abstract":"The increasing demand for the performance improvement and robustness of automatic transcription of spontaneous speech in Slovak forces us to look for the advanced methods of adaptation of acoustic and language models to the user-specific voice characteristics and the topic of their speech. One of the ways how to increase the domain robustness of language models is to improve the process of retrieving text documents relevant to the current topic of the speech and use them to adapt the existing background language model. This paper focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of a new dual-space re-ranking model for document retrieval, adaptation of language models to the current topic of speech and personalization of speech recognition system. Emissions from fuel combustion and evaporation have a dominant impact on total CO2 emissions. The paper analyses the ecological effects of greenhouse gas emissions. The authors present a comparative analysis of harmful CO2 emissions by comparing road and sea transport. The aim of this paper is to compare harmful CO2 emissions from cargo transport by road and sea between two destinations, and to recommend the ecologically more acceptable means of transportation. The biggest task is the switchover of free-to-air DVB-T networks to the DVB-T2 system. The completion of this task will mean that the second digital dividend band is free and it can be allocated to mobile services. A lot of preparation has been done in order to complete this task, such as the publication of the Recommendation on minimum receiver technical requirements for the reception of DVB-T2 signal in the Republic of Croatia in 2017.
