The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Trust has an effect on Knowledge Management; 2) Learning has an effect on Knowledge Management; and 3) Collaboration has an effect on Knowledge Management. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous Knowledge Management variables, there are many other factors including the Operational Strategy, Willingness and Motivation variables. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Analisis Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Pembelajaran dan Kolaborasi terhadap Manajemen Pengetahuan adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pengetahuan; 2) Pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pengetahuan; dan 3) Kolaborasi berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pengetahuan. The results of this literature review article are: 1) User Interface has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest and 2) Product Variation has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Apart from these two exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables, there are still many other factors including the variables of Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Place. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian Pengaruh User Interface dan Variasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen merupakan artikel literature review yang bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis guna penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini yaitu: 1) User Interface berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan 2) Variasi Produk berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. The author approaches with a quantitative method towards consumers of Gado-Gado Maya visitors. The population will be consumers who visit by making purchases at “Wr. Gado-Gado Maya\". The sampling method is purposive sampling. In this purposive sampling technique, the sample is taken based on certain criteria formulated in advance by the researcher. The sample used in research. The indicators in this study were 30 indicators and the 30x7 formula was entered to get a total of 210 samples, and this sample was taken from virtual Gado-Gado consumers in the district, cibtiung. The results of this study indicate that 1) Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at WR. GadoGado Maya; 2) Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at WR. Gado Gado Maya; and 3) Place Atmosphere has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at WR. Gado Gado Maya. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan suasana tempat terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penulis melakukan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif tarhadap konsumen pengunjung Gado-Gado Maya. Yang akan dijadikan populasi adalah konsumen yang berkunjung dengan melakukan pembeliian di “Wr. Gado-Gado Maya”. Metode penambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, Pada teknik purposive sampling ini sampel diambil berdasarkan kriteria tententu yang dirumuskan terlebih dahulu oleh peneliti Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Inidkator pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 indikator dan dimasukan rumus 30x7 mendapat jumlah 210 sampel, dan sample ini di ambil dari konsumen Gado-Gado maya di kec, cibtiung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada WR.GadoGado Maya; 2) Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada WR. Gado Gado Maya; dan 3) Suasana Tempat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada WR. This research was conducted in the Bekasi area, namely consumers who use Ventela shoes. The population in this study are consumers who are currently using or who have used Ventela shoes in the Bekasi area with an unknown number of 210 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. Based on the results of this study, it is explained that; 1) Online consumer reviews have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Perception of price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini di gunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh online consumer review, kualitas produk dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Bekasi yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan sepatu ventela.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sedang menggunakan atau yang pernah menggunakan sepatu ventela di wilayah Bekasi yang berjumlah tidak diketahui dengan sampel 210 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SmartPLS 3.0. The method used is descriptive verification using a simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 54 employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The sample in this study were all members of the population, namely employees at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province as many as 54 people. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Central General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. \u0000Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis Regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 54 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi yaitu pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 54 orang.
