The proposed method involves three parts. First, with VMD applied, the ECG signal which contains baseline wander (BW) noise is decomposed into a set of modes. Second, by analyzing the center frequency of each mode, the modes are divided into feature modes and noise modes which corresponding ECG signal and BW noise respectively. Third, the feature modes are used as the inputs of BPNN for data prediction. By learning and training the network, the weights and thresholds are identified, finally achieved the purpose of ECG signal prediction. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective and has good performance in several performance indicators.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123734515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on error resistant arithmetic coding, this scheme inserts multiple forbidden symbols and generates secure two-way decodable bitstream controlled by chaotic maps, improving the security of the scheme. Meanwhile, at the decoder, the scheme combines soft and hard decoding together with threshold control and two-way decoding is adopted to improve the error-correcting capability. The optimal forward gain was calculated and analyzed. With AGC, the couple reference signal can be reduced and the influence of picking up reference to transmitter can be decreased. With the forward gain, the null shift can be suppressed effectively and the convergence speed of CICS is much faster. When the change of interference couple in 20dB, the designed forward gain can still suppress the null shift enough and maintain the faster convergence of CICS.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114314344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the high mobility of vehicles and intermittent connected topology resulting in the dramatically changing network topology, it is difficult to design a protocol including congestion control mechanism, which is helpful for a well network performance in VANETs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a further study on vehicle density and network congestion. In this paper, we make a detailed analysis about the correlation between vehicle density and network congestion. By analyzing the vehicle density and network performance around the intersections, the results show that there presents a worse network congestion and a lower throughput along with the high vehicle density, which promotes us to design an efficient routing protocol to solve these problems.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"158 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115548393","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For SAL system, frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) is usually used to achieve large time-bandwidth product (TBP). In this paper, we proposed the method for focusing the FMCW-SAL data. Firstly, we derived the signal model for FMCW-SAL without the start/stop approximation. And based on the signal model, imaging method is proposed. Then, the motion compensation for SAL is discussed. At last, we showed the imaging results for both the ground-based SAL and the airborne SAL. The automatic behavior analysis and classification of laboratory rats can effectively improve the adaptivity of interaction between rat-like robot and biological rats. Basic image processing algorithm as Labeling and Contour Finding were employed to extract feature parameters (body length, body area, body radius, rotational angle, and ellipticity) of rat's actions. These feature parameters are integrated as the input feature vector of CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) and SVM (Support Vector Machine) training system respectively. Preliminary experiment result shows that the grooming, rotating, crouching and rearing actions could be recognized with extremely high rate (more than 90%) by both CNN and SVM. Furthermore, CNN provides better recognition rate and SVM provides less computational cost.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124635860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
