But in the ground location, NLOS error which reduces the localization accuracy seriously has not been well-resolved. For this, a method based on K-means clustering algorithm and improved SA algorithm is proposed in this paper. The position function of unknown node based on TOA measurement model in LOS condition is established. Then identify and eliminate the measured value in NLOS condition using K-means clustering algorithm based method to improve the accuracy of the measured distance. In order to find the global optimal solution of the position function, we use an improved SA algorithm. The overall functional architecture of ICPN was built, and key technologies are presented. Finally, a specific CHWG-ICPN system was built in the coordinated hydro and wind power generation scheduling system. The data sharing, delay and security defense function of the system are introduced. The system provides a technical support for the needs of global energy internet strategy. In order to improve the resolution of the images, super-resolution imaging algorithms have broken through the Rayleigh limit and have been widely employed in ISAR imaging. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development and present status of super-resolution imaging algorithms systematically. Secondly, five types of widely used super-resolution ISAR imaging algorithms are briefly introduced: extrapolation methods, nonlinear filtering methods, spectrum estimation methods, matrix pencil methods and sparse imaging methods. Combining channel estimation and feedback together, a Two-dimensional compressed sensing schemes is proposed for Massive MIMO channel state information. Instead of reconstruct the channel vector, Massive MIMO users compressed the spatial domain measurements from time domain and feed the measurement back to the BS and reconstruct the channel. Since the reconstruction is transferred from user side to BS, the new method alleviates the requirement of computation and memory of user side. Previous studies have shown that using social properties reasonably can improve availability of forwarding data packets, reduce overhead and delay. In this paper, a forwarding strategy, called RIF based on Region of Interest (ROI), is proposed and put forward for NDDTN. RIF computes cumulative visiting time and visits for getting the similarity of two nodes. Especially, RIF introduces the geographical adjacency degree of ROIs. RIF selects relay nodes according to similarity and adjacency degree of ROI sets of two nodes. Furthermore, by utilizing the fantastic cross-correlation property of orthogonal gold sequence, we propose a scheme that applying orthogonal gold sequence to Direct Sequence-Code Division Multiple Access (DS-CDMA) system to overcome the unsatisfactory performance of system using m sequence under the multi-users condition. Therefore multi-standard Viterbi decoder design for the above receivers is a hot issue. In this paper, a reconfigurable high performance Viterbi decoder design is proposed for LTE, WiMAX, CDMA2000, GSM and TD-SCDMA. The proposed flexible architecture supports polynomial reconfiguration, constraint length of 5∼9, and code rate of 1/2, 1/3, 1/4. Moreover, both tail-biting and zero trellis terminating modes are supported. To reduce decoding latency and complexity, it employs the forward traceback method and sliding window pipeline technology. Simulation results show that its maximum decoding throughput is 1.15Gbps under a clock frequency of 600MHz. With the advantage of this scheme, ciphertext in server under unreliable storage circumstance can be efficiently retrieved without exposition of plaintext. Users can also have detailed access to their data. In this paper, a data encryption and decryption algorithm based on homomorphic encryption is proposed for character data in database. Server can calculate and operate the ciphertext data directly. An equivalent retrieval algorithm based on homomorphic encryption is proposed for equivalent retrieval of ciphertext data, which can effectively reduce the amount of data returned to the client and improve the retrieval efficiency. In non-line of sight (NLOS) propagation conditions, the localization is less accurate than in line of sight (LOS) propagation conditions because of the buildings between the mobile station and the base station obstruct the spread of waves. In order to make the location more accurate, in this paper, we propose an improved method to reduce the NLOS error based on Rwgh Algorithm. The basic idea of this method is to gradually eliminate the non-line of sight transmission situation, then positioning in the LOS propagation environment.
