But in the state of target's strong maneuvering, observation noise always increases, traditional CKF algorithm easily lead tracking divergence, tracking accuracy reducing and even losing targets. Aiming at this problem, a new adaptive algorithm called AF-SRCKF: Active Function SRCKF, was put forward. Active Function was introduced to real-time correct innovation covariance matrix of SRCKF algorithm, in order to reduce the influence of observation noise caused by strong maneuvering. Simulation experiments show that compared with traditional SRCKF algorithm, in the state of large observation noise, the new algorithm could judge and restrain the filtering divergence, improve the stability of filtering and reduce the tracking error.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121123810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To resolve channel conflict problem in channel switching in vehicle network, a new dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm (DSAARCC) is proposed. When the vehicle user chooses the channel, to minimize the average delay under the condition of not reducing the average information loss rate, it is not only in accordance with the rank of channels, but also based on link quality. Simulation experiments show that compared with other existing classical channel allocation algorithms, the proposed spectrum allocation algorithm significantly reduces the end-to-end service delay and upgrades the throughput of the service channel. GPSR (greedy perimeter stateless routing) is a geographic information routing protocol applied to vehicular ad-hoc networks. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional GPSR routing protocol and proposes an improved protocol algorithm for the problem of low delivery rate and long delay. The algorithm introduces the mechanism of fixed nodes at intersections, and selects a more stable next hop forwarding node through vector calculation and partition model. For this problem, a method for distributed satellite networks based on standby nodes is presented in this paper. Firstly, it can establish a main path and confirm main nodes according to max-throughput principle in this method. Secondly, it can establish standby nodes set for the main path according to point-to-point transmission model, and build more standby paths by selecting nodes form the set. Finally, it can transmit data packets by the standby paths, if the node is failure in main path. Also, SDN is provisioned for the communication systems of the next generation. OpenFlow is treated as a leading standard that defines the interface between the control plane and the physical network (data plane). Formaintaining the flexibility for the various network applications, software switches are mainly chosen to be implemented in commodity servers. However, the software-based solution will suffer from low performance especially when the network topology is getting larger and more complex. In this paper, we build an analytical model and deliver aperformance profiling against an OpenFlow software switch, Open vSwitch (OvS). OvS is the most widely used software switch for the SDN's data plane thereby being suitable for the analysis in research. Furthermore, a software and hardware (SW/HW) co-designed structure is proposed to accelerate the specific functions that are involved in the packet processing in the software switches. Based on this structure, a network administrator can advance on accelerating the data plane in a more flexible and programmable System-on-Chip(SoC) design. To validate the consequence, the proposed SW/HW co-designed scheme is implemented on a Xilinx Zynq SoC platform. Theimplemented result shows that a receiving packet processing in a matching flow can reduce up to 36.26% and 74.36% of the latency for the short packet header in two extreme cases and 80.86% and 75.92% of the latency for the long packet header compared with the latency bya software-only switch.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132879924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, we draw support from the efficient form of importance sampling and boundary searching methods in order to get our design guide for a better yield. Listen-before-talk (LBT) scheme works as a requisite in unlicensed spectrum to ensure the fairness among different radio access technologies (RATs). To reduce the collision caused by relatively fixed contention window (CW) of LBT scheme and ensure the fairness between LTE and WIFI, in this paper, we propose an enhanced LBT scheme which adjusts CW based on LTE small cell medium sensing the state of channel. Besides, the enhanced LBT scheme is modeled as one-dimensional Markov chain to analyze the behavior of LTE small cell and calculate the expected throughput. Simulation results indicate that the proposed LBT scheme can let WIFI and LTE gain nearly equal throughput and reduce the collision probability in LTE-WIFI coexistence scenario, besides, the total throughput also promotes.","PeriodicalId":163990,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122977472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
