It makes everything farther, faster, cheaper and deeper and serves as double edged-sword to health, as it provides extremely positive and extremely negative impacts on health in which health appointments is readily available on “click” requests, yet it makes fast food readily available, and that impacts on worsening sedentary lifestyle and other less healthy habits resulting ultimately in various health consequences to be brought into existence called “man-made diseases.” The establishment of Social Determinants on Health (SDH) and Social Developmental Goals (SDGs) needs to be reviewed in regards to the impact towards global health in the globalization perspective. This study is a narrative literature review on the impact of globalization, social determinants on health and social developmental goals on global health. The keywords are “globalization”, “social determinants on health”, “social developmental goals” and \"global health” related articles browsed in Google search engine throughout all periods of time in Bahasa Indonesia or English as the criteria of articles used. The literature showed that while globalization provides faster and advanced medical service, sedentary lifestyle, loneliness, climate changes resulting in disasters and other innumerable diseases are on the rise. Social determinants on health are narrowing into “windows” or “tabs”, as the social media provide an easier way to socialize to work, play, live and age. Sustainable development goals on health in which the other Social Determinants on Health (SDH) are relying upon are not progressing rapidly, and even worse in some aspects. End-stage CKD patients require renal replacement therapy, namely hemodialysis. Routine hemodialysis therapy in patients can be at risk of malnutrition, so regular monitoring of the patient's nutritional status is needed. This study aims to determine the description of the use of nutritional monitoring sheets by families in CKD patients in the Hemodialysis Room at M.Yunus Hospital. Researchers used quantitative research methods, using data analysis with descriptive techniques. This research was conducted in the Hemodialysis Room of Dr. M.Yunus Hospital Bengkulu City, the research time was conducted for 1 month, the variables in this study were nutritional monitoring in CKD patients which included time, meal frequency, composition, and volume. The population in the study amounted to 63 people and the number of samples taken was 54 people, but the number of willing respondents was only 30 people. The results showed that the fulfillment of patient nutrition was not in accordance with the nutrition monitoring sheet, as many as 61.3% (18 people), while patients who fulfilled nutrition according to the nutrition monitoring sheet were only 38.7% (12 people). Adolescence is a period in which a person's secondary sexual signs have developed and reached sexual maturity. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and peer interactions on online game addiction among teenagers in the Sido Mulyo sub-district area, Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all teenagers who were addicted to playing online games in the Sidomulyo Village area, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique of 30 people. The research results showed that the parenting patterns of parents of teenagers who were addicted to online games were democratic with 10 respondents (33.3%), authoritarian with 5 respondents (16.7%) and permissive with 15 respondents (50.0%) and there was a relationship parental care for online game addiction among teenagers in the Sido Mulyo Subdistrict, Bengkulu City with a p value = value 0.028 < α. From the research results, it was found that peer interaction was in the low category of 3 respondents (10.0%), the medium category was 10 respondents (33.3%) and the high category was 17 (56.7%) and there was a relationship between peer interaction and online game addiction in teenagers. in the Sido Mulyo Village Area, Bengkulu City with a p value = value 0.032 < α. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and husband's support with VIA examinations at PUS in the Bermani Ulu Community Health Center working area, Rejang Lebong Regency. The type of research design is an analytical survey using a cross sectional design. The population of all PUS in the working area of the Bermani Ulu Community Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency in March 2023 is 1082 people. Sampling used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square statistical test (χ2). Research results from 62 respondents, most respondents (61.3%) had sufficient knowledge, most respondents (54.8%) did not have husband support, most respondents (69.4%) had never carried out an VIA examination in the work area of the Community Health Center Bermani Ulu, Rejang Lebong Regency. There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and IVA examination at PUS in the Bermani Ulu Community Health Center working area, Rejang Lebong Regency with a p-value (0.000). There is a relationship between husband's support and IVA examination at PUS in the Bermani Ulu Community Health Center working area, Rejang Lebong Regency with p-value (0.002). To be able to support self-actualization, the ultimate desire in human life, one must have self esteem. Bullying produces a range of negative physical, psychological and emotional effects, including mental distress, psychological trauma, fear, insecurity and resentment. It also decreases students' learning motivation, concentration, creativity, initiative, and (mental) endurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of self esteem in junior high school children as an effort to prevent bullying at SMP Negeri 15 Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The study population was 291 people, the sample taken was 74 people with stratified random sampling used as a sampling method, and a questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire sheet describing self esteem using the Rosenberg Self Esteem Questionnaire (RSES). The results of this study indicate that most students and female students have high self esteem, namely 54 respondents with a percentage of 73%, while low self esteem is 20 respondents with a percentage of 27%. Most of the respondents are in the high self esteem category. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the work and illness of the elderly with the support of a Caregiver in fulfilling activities in the elderly. This research is quantitative research that uses a cross-sectional study design. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 66 respondents. Analysis of the data used in the form of univariate test and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between work status and illness in the elderly with caregiver support. Urolithiasis is a disease of the urinary system that occupies the third position, where the prevalence reaches 10% and continues to increase in recent decades. Virginia Henderson proposes a theory of basic human needs that is appropriately used as the basis for the nursing assessment. The study aims to illustrate the application of Virginia Henderson's theory for nursing assessment in patients with urinary system disorders. The method used is a case study with an instrument based on 14 domains of basic human needs according to Virginia Henderson's theory. The results of the study showed there are basic needs that are problematic including eating and drinking needs, self-protection and hygiene, a sense of security and comfort, relaxation, and health services. Analysis of the data group with the Standard Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia obtained four nursing diagnoses each preoperative and postoperative phase. The results of the study showed that the application of Virginia Henderson's theory to patients with urolithiasis found 5 basic needs that had problems, there is eating and drinking, protection and personal hygiene, a sense of security and comfort, relaxation, and health services. In addition, Virginia Henderson's theory approach can be used as an assessment model, especially in the case of the urinary system. The results of data collection were tested using the Wilcoxon Test and the Mann Whitney Test with the SPSS Version 16 program. There was an increase in knowledge after being given the conventional method with a knowledge base of 81.62 and an increase in knowledge after being given the explicit instruction method with a mean of 88 knowledge. Significant differences between conventional methods and explicit instruction on knowledge of basic life support with a p value (0.002 <0.05). One of the factors causing community compliance in implementing 5M post-vaccination is the individual's perception. This study aims to determine the public's perception of the application of post-vaccination 5M as an effort to prevent covid-19 in the Plumbon, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 8 informants. Data were collected using interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses description, reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study obtained 5 main themes, namely: public knowledge about the covid-19 virus, public description of the covid-19 vaccination, public perception of the post-vaccination 5M policy, the impact of government policy regarding the post-vaccination 5M movement, public compliance with the implementation of government policies.
