The running conduits of Yunnan DaHongshan ore of iron refined is the one of the most running difficult conduits in the world, so it is worth for extension to develop all sorts of studies for these conduits. The theme show a total solution of the water treatment in running conduits of DaHongshan ore of iron refined. This solution in practical application indicates that the waste water discharge of industry comes to zero in DaHongshan conduits. According to the membership degree calculated, the fuzzy neural network model has been configured based on the multi criteria information fusion and fuzzy technology. In this paper, using concept and attribute of Web services to construct the ontology. Also, an ontology-based method for assessing similarity between FCA concepts is proposed. By exploring a large design search space, EHW may find solutions for a task, unsolvable, or more optimal than those found using traditional design methods. During evolution it is necessary to evaluate a large number of different circuits which is normally most efficiently undertaken in reconfigurable hardware. For digital circuits design, field programmable gate arrays are very applicable. Thus, this paper presents a generic virtual reconfigurable architecture for designing complete intrinsic evolvable digital circuits on FPGAs.
