However, mangrove degradation continues to escalate, primarily due to human activities such as shrimp pond expansion and uncontrolled logging. Public Relations programs can serve as effective tools to raise awareness and engage communities in mangrove conservation. Impact analysis and the development of a collaborative communication model are key to understanding the effectiveness of such programs. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Public Relations program on mangrove conservation and develop a more effective collaborative communication model. The focus is on understanding behavioral changes, community responses, and the program's contribution to the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive with an impact analysis approach. Interviews with representatives from local communities, local governments, non-governmental organizations, and Public Relations practitioners were conducted to gather data. Content analysis was also performed on the program's communication materials. The research findings indicate that the Public Relations program has positively impacted the increase in community awareness and behavioral changes related to mangrove conservation. However, challenges persist concerning environmental uncertainties and the lack of participation from certain segments of the community. A collaborative communication model integrated with mangrove conservation theories, impact analysis, and community engagement proves essential for further improvement. The implications of this research reflect the importance of impact analysis and developing collaborative communication models in Public Relations programs for mangrove conservation. The population in this study were the people of Waluya Village who already had KTPs in hamlet II with a total of 833 family cards. Sampling using the Slovin method with a sample of 270 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Questions in the questionnaire were scored on a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the quality of public services, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Kemencast YouTube content case study #44 illustrates the complexity of online gambling addiction during the pandemic. This research aims to explore this by focusing on the trigger factors, impacts, and comprehensive communication approaches in dealing with mental health crises related to online gambling addiction. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through content analysis of a podcast entitled \"Love Your Mentality, Don't Get Broken Because of Online Gambling.\" The research results identified the trigger factors, impacts and the important role of communication in overcoming these problems. The research results show that social isolation, economic uncertainty, increased use of technology, and stress are factors that trigger online gambling. The impacts include mental health problems, financial losses, and social relationship problems. The Israeli-Palestinian controversy sparked a significant shift in public opinion, and these hashtags became an important instrument in weaving complex online narratives. This research aims to understand the impact of Cultural Communication through the hashtag #FreePalestine in transforming public opinion. Her focus includes online mobilization, influence on policy, changing international perceptions, and the formation of activist movements. This research method uses a mixed approach, namely combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data collection was carried out on 6 – 25 December 2023. Social media analysis was carried out to track trends, sentiment and relationship networks, while interviews and surveys were used to gain a deeper understanding of the influence of opinion transformation in the real world. This research shows that the hashtag #FreePalestine not only creates changes in online opinion but also mobilizes real action and shapes global narratives that influence policy and business. Cultural communication on social media is key to understanding further impact, with image visualization and visual solidarity being key elements in changing public opinion. The real-world implication of these findings is the importance of understanding the role of social media in shaping public perceptions and opinions regarding global conflict. Social piety movements are of course also supported by the power of the social movement's collective identity in forming the basis that provides the \"structure,\" foundation for engagement, and guidance for individual participation in its expansion. Unfortunately, the strong link between the development of collective identity in social movement groups has not been explained by previous studies. The aim of this research is to describe how the boundary work mechanism contributes to the development of collective identity in the Muslim middle class social piety movement in the Tangan di Atas (TDA) community. Using qualitative descriptive research, the research was conducted over a period of one year (December 2022-December 2023) and describes the actors and boundary work mechanisms in forming collective identity. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with several subjects who were administrators as well as members of the TDA community to explore variations in their experiences related to the social piety movement they engage in. Meanwhile, with a phenomenological approach, researchers explore the role of individual knowledge, thoughts and feelings or internal aspects or individual subjectivity. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of leadership communication and organizational culture on lecturer performance through achievement motivation in tertiary institutions in East Java that administer Islamic boarding schools. This is an explanatory study that use quantitative methodologies. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 146 lecturers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The path analysis results reveal that leadership communication and organizational culture have a direct and substantial effect on lecturer achievement motivation, and that organizational culture and achievement motivation have a direct and significant effect on lecturer performance. In the meanwhile, leadership communication has no direct effect on lecturer performance. The indirect test results also suggest that leadership communication has little effect on lecturer performance through motivation. Similarly, organizational culture has no influence on lecturer performance through achievement motivation. This study, spanning five months (July-December 2023), explores the rise of fast fashion consumption and influencer trends in Indonesia. It employs the diffusion model proposed by Beaudoin, Moore, and Goldsmith. Analysis of interview data using NVivo highlights a strong link between the fashion industry and influencers. NVivo enables remote collaboration, allowing individuals from different locations to work on shared data files in real-time. The study emphasizes data collection through structured interviews based on an in-depth examination of influencers. Findings reveal that the high-value nature of fast fashion significantly influences Indonesian influencers, driven by the growing popularity of consumer trends and ongoing style improvements in the fashion industry. However, it emphasizes the importance of recognizing that unquestionably following trends can profoundly shape an individual's lifestyle, echoing previous research on the pivotal role of trends in fashion choices. Various efforts have been made by Indonesia to take over control of the FIR from Singapore, until finally reaching an agreement in adjusting the FIR boundary in 2022. However, in taking over the FIR, Indonesia faced problems, namely the difficulty of Indonesia taking over the management of the FIR which was previously managed by Singapore, as well as challenges in meeting international standards in FIR management. Although the agreement in adjusting the FIR boundary has been agreed, until now the effort has not achieved the expected results in realizing air navigation sovereignty in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how FIR boundary adjustment can improve Indonesia's air traffic management, national security and economic growth. Obstacles include sovereignty issues, international air traffic management standards, and diplomacy between countries. This research uses the policy analysis method by collecting primary and secondary data to analyze the agreement reached in 2022. The results of this study show that the 2022 Indonesia-Singapore FIR adjustment agreement has not fully guaranteed Indonesia's air navigation sovereignty, but this agreement provides significant progress in Indonesian territory. The large number of begging practices on social media TikTok indicates an act of exploitation unnoticed by those who do it, this can be referred to as the practice of slavery.This research uses a netnography qualitative descriptive method by tracing and analyzing accounts that often live stream on  TikTok by selling themselves. This article wants to answer some of the following questions. First, what is Christian Fuchs' view of the practice of slavery? Second, how is the model of digital slavery on social media TikTok. The results of this study show First, that Fuchs views digital media as having shaped the exploitation and commodification of social media, social media often utilizes data and content generated by users as a source of economic value. In this context, social media users are often unpaid \"laborers\", as they indirectly contribute to creating value for the platform, but rarely get the equivalent in return.
