Thus, we evaluated different concentration of the free radical scavenging activity and phytochemical constituents of ethanol and sub-extracts of Dryopteris dilatata (Dd) leaves such as butane, hexane and benzene. Phytochemicals analysis was determined on the ethanol extract of Dryopteris dilatata sub-extracts using standard principles, also free radical scavenging capacity of the ethanol extract for Ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), hydroxyl radical scavenging assay (OH), superoxide radical scavenging assay (SSRA), 2,2--Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl assay (DPPH), 2, 2'-azino-bis 3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphoric acid scavenging activity (ABTS) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) assay (TBA) was done using standard protocols. Results of the phytochemical analysis revealed flavonoids and cardiac glycosides in all extracts, terpenoid, phytosterol, alkaloid, tannins and saponin constituents were present in ethanol, butane and hexane extracts and absent in benzene extract, phenols is present in only hexane extract but absent in all other extracts, glycerols is present in only benzene extracts while phlobotannin and carbohydrate are absent in all extracts. The plant ethanol extract revealed statistically significant at P<0.05 capacity for (FRAP), (OH), (SSRA), (DPPH), (ABTS), (TA). The study therefore suggest that the plant extract could lead to producing therapeutic agent in the treatment and management of several disorders that are attributed to reactive species and oxidative stress.

One such system is the implementation of the commitment-based capitation consequence where the puskesmas is paid based on the number of registered participants who are responsible for its effectiveness monitoring by looking at the tendency of contact numbers (≥1500/00), prolanis ratio (≥50%), and non-specialist case referral ratio (<0.5%), so it is expected that moral hazard from the supply side can be prevented or minimized. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the implementation of Capitation Based on Service Commitment. \u0000This research was conducted in Propinsi Aceh area with Puskesmas as analysis unit, with sequential model mixed method (quan à QUAL), qualitative data was taken by indeph interview method to key informant related to validate data which can not be validated by quantitative method. \u0000The results of two year implementation significantly increased the average contact rate in 2020 by 192.6 0/00 (target ≥150 0/00), and the average prolanis ratio of 44.9% (≥50%), and lowering the average non-specialist case referral ratio to 0.3% (target <5%). From multivariate analysis, variables modeling related to achievement of service commitment indicator were capitation value, human resources (adequacy of doctor, nurse, midwife, pharmacy) are significant influence dominanly to achievement indicator of service commitment (p value <0.05). \u0000mplementation of capitation compensation is positive enough to give an effect for all puskesmas efforts to achieve the indicator of service commitment, on the other side of the indication of moral hazard, so monitoring and evaluation is needed to create the quality service.

Be it at the signal where they are seen begging or in a moving bus where everyone shuns away from sitting near them. My initial fears about them turned to curiosity as to who they are. Are they normal? No one around me was able to give me any answer. I was apprehensive to talk to anyone too as I was always told they may harm me. But I made it a point to attend meetings that transgenders attended, squeezed myself into talking to them and getting acquainted with the group, and to my surprise I found out they were such a welcoming group. I gelled with them faster than I thought and today I am glad they are a part of my journey. As I explored their lives, the one thing I realized was that even healthcare members are not fully aware of transgenders, rather, they have too many misconceptions. And so, the need of the hour is that healthcare professionals should be trained on transgenders especially when statistics show that as per the 2011 census, there are around 4.8 million transgenders in India. The number is way more than this.

The aim of this study was to characterize the phytochemicals in H. indicum ethanolic leaves extract using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and computationally assessed its pharmacokinetics profiles, molecular targets and infer overall medicinal application. The results showed twenty-nine (29) identified constituents of H. indicum in its ethanolic leaves extract from GC-MS, many of which are poorly soluble and have low gastrointestinal absorption (GIA). However, some of them are soluble with high GIA and could permeate blood brain barrier (BBB). The results showed that (+)-Isomenthol, and Ergost-22-en-3-ol are the two most active constituents of ethanolic leaves extract of H. indicum; targeting androgen receptor (AR) and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 8 (TRPM8), which have implication in prostate cancer. Thus, H. indicum plant extract is a potential anti-PCa medicinal plants. However, there is need for in vivo and in vitro studies to validate these results, hence promoting these active compounds optimization and clinical evaluations in H. indicum.
