The development in AI made machines capable to initiate the simulation of natural intelligence and are able to take decisions where humans do better. Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning are some of the major branches of AI. A Chatbot is an AI software uses Natural Language Processing Techniques to simulate a chat between a system and a user. Natural Language Processing help Chatbots to understand natural language more clearly and generate an intelligent response. Since the introduction of first Chatbot ELIZA in 1966, different versions with variety of technology and approach have been developed. In this paper, we describe the generic work flow of Chatbots and represents their comparison on the basis of technology/approach used with some significant parameters. To make natural language conversation more efficient, a Chatbot must analyze and understand the user input correctly for a relevant response. They are currently being used in various important domains like science, education, health care etc. Chatbots have a potential to improve human interaction with machines.","PeriodicalId":141265,"journal":{"name":"2020 8th International Conference on Reliability, Infocom Technologies and Optimization (Trends and Future Directions) (ICRITO)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127775978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This concept implies the usage of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to ensure a better traffic flow, especially in crowded urban areas. Sensors networks became part of road infrastructure and have as main responsibilities to collect real-time traffic data and to send them to Traffic Management Centres (TMCs) which control further the traffic lights timings. Today’s technologies meet some limitations in terms of efficiency. This paper starts with an overview of these limitations to create a path for discussing the challenges that the development of ITS will meet in the context of Future Networks (FN) 2030 concept. Based on this development path, the identification of current limitations and possible future challenges consists of an important step of this research. Further, the main contribution in this research is to show how the ITS shall adapt to meet the requirements of FN 2030 by providing an architecture for Future ITS 2030 that meets the general ITS needs.","PeriodicalId":141265,"journal":{"name":"2020 8th International Conference on Reliability, Infocom Technologies and Optimization (Trends and Future Directions) (ICRITO)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125909195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed scheme, distributes the biases / thresholds at a equal intervals in an interval $(-lambda, lambda)$; while the weights are distributed uniformly in the same interval. The value of the $lambda$ is chosen such that the expected value of the net inputs is 0 while the variance is 1. On a set of 10 tasks (5 function approximation and 5 real life benchmark regression tasks), the proposed weight initialization routine was compared to three existing weight initialization routine. From the results obtained we may infer that the proposed weight initialization is almost always better than these three existing routines and is never worse on the basis of generalization performance (result over the test data set).","PeriodicalId":141265,"journal":{"name":"2020 8th International Conference on Reliability, Infocom Technologies and Optimization (Trends and Future Directions) (ICRITO)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123437312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

D.C. converter is delivered through the ac mains supply. For a single-phase ac supply system with unity power factor (pf.), the input side current is sinusoidal in nature and within phase along with the voltage signal of the A.C. source supply. The input side power supply is decoupled from D.C. signal component and an alternating current power supply with a frequency double of the line power frequency. To withstand a persistent output side power supply, a power controller consuming feedback from PID system is generally presented to compute error in undue power segments between two cycles and regulate the voltage at the feedback signal from the load device on the remaining time of cycle periods. Using such scheme the output side of the power adaptation circuit system can be kept persistent. In real time small ripple offerings on the output side voltage. Consequently, the output side filter capacitor requirement is successfully minimized.","PeriodicalId":141265,"journal":{"name":"2020 8th International Conference on Reliability, Infocom Technologies and Optimization (Trends and Future Directions) (ICRITO)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123487027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this kind of disease, the photoreceptor cells gets degenerated and damages the retina and due to which a person losses his vision power. Therefore, bionic eye plays a vital part by restoring the vision. Technologies that are involved in bionic eyes are-multiple unit artificial retina chip system (MARC), artificial silicon retina system (ASR), ARGUS II, MIT HARVARD device. Holographic technology is used by which a person can again live a new life independently. This method take place through a small surgery replacing complicated surgeries. An advancement in the present research can be done by improving the technology is described in this paper. The quality of images to the bionic eye will be more clear by increasing the number of electrodes in the retinal implant. Platinum and iridium are currently used for implants but these metals deteriorates within 5 to 10 years. Instead of these metals if diamond device are implanted inside the eye then it will not deteriorate.","PeriodicalId":141265,"journal":{"name":"2020 8th International Conference on Reliability, Infocom Technologies and Optimization (Trends and Future Directions) (ICRITO)","volume":"399 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120883150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
