Output voltage pulse specifications are 10 kV, % voltage droop − 10%, PRF − 1kHz and pulse width of 5μsec. The features of inductive charging and charging through input switch is analyzed. Bipolar Marx generator with six switches, five switches and four switch topologies are designed and simulated. These solid-state circuits are charged through a diode and switch. During the erection mode, a pulse current of kiloampere range of short duration is passing through this switch. Air pollution is becoming a serious concern to the society as the air pollutants are very hazardous in nature. Pollutants affect the health and causes respiratory and cardiac problems. If air pollutants cross the limits it might be life threatening. Software or tool can be developed whose results can be applied for predicting air pollution levels, predicting air pollution related health concerns, monitoring controlling air pollution and this is challenging one. This paper focuses on analysis of air based on the available data of various air pollutants such as NO2, SO2, CO and O3. The dataset is downloaded from Kaggle website which contains air pollutant's with corresponding AQI values. This paper implements Naive Bayes and Decision tree J48 algorithm for predicting the health concern. The categories based on Air Quality Index(AQI) are good, moderate, (unhealthy for sensitive groups) unhealthy_s, unhealthy, very_unhealthy. Increasing transportation move and decreasing the average waiting time of each vehicle are the aims of cooperative intelligent traffic control system. Each signal wishes to catch better travel move. During the course, signals form a strategy of cooperation in addition to restriction for neighboring signals to exploit their individual benefit. A superior traffic signal scheduling strategy is used to resolve the difficulty. The several parameters may influence the traffic control model. So it is hard to learn the best possible result. Traffic light controllers are not expert to study from previous results. Due to this, they are unable to include the uncertain transformation of traffic flow. Reinforcement learning algorithm based traffic control model used to get fine timing rules by properly defining real-time parameters of the real traffic scenario. The projected real-time traffic control optimization prototype is able to continue with the traffic signal scheduling rules successfully. The model expands traffic value of the vehicle, which consists of delay time, the number of vehicles stopped at a signal, and the newly arriving vehicles to learn and set up the optimal actions. The output is combined with ensemble clustering and evaluated by both f-measure and entropy measure. The proposed work is to provide a platform in order to visualize the relative analysis of feedback for some particular product. In doing so, instead of the basic truthful information, the analysis will be done based on comments and comments developed from various sources. In this approach, the analysis of feeling at the document level will be carried out taking into account all aspects in the same way using natural language processing techniques. The present unsupervised method is used for sentence minimization that relies on a Stanford-type dependency for extracting information elements and compressed sentences are generated via a Natural language generation engine (NLG). It is considered as the most reliable biometric measure in forensic sciences. Many studies have been proposed in the subject of fingerprint image enhancement but most of them either worked on point based operations or local neighborhood operations. This paper presents an efficient fingerprint enhancement approach by combining the point and local operations. Point based adaptive histogram equalization method along with local neighborhood based median filter method improves the overall quality of fingerprint by removing noise from image and preserves its information content in better way than individual point or local operations. The planned system does not involve any PC server and recommends a communication protocol to direct home environment with more than just switching functionality. To reveal the achievability of this system, devices such as light switches and power plug have been incorporated with proposed home control system. Internet of things is nothing but involving on a daily basis things such as handset, television, antennas, tablets and actuator to internet everywhere the appliances are smartly coupled mutually permitting latest structure of communication among objects and public. We have also done the analysis of routing protocols for best connectivity of internet. The OD segmentation is also used for the detection of other anatomical structures like fovea and vascular tree. Many algorithms based on thresholding, active contour model, GVF snake and clustering have been proposed for the segmentation of OD. In this study, a novel method is proposed for optic disc segmentation. The method makes use of P-Tile thresholding for detecting patch of OD. Connected component analysis is performed for eliminating false positives. This step yields initial patch of optic disc for which centroid correction is performed. GVF snake model is used for finding the contour of OD. The method is robust and effective even in the low contrast images as well as in the presence of other pathological structures like exudates. The experimentation has been done using benchmark retinal image databases, namely, diaretdb0, diaretdb1, DRIVE. As it reveals the true personality which includes fears, honesty and many other individual personality traits. This can happen with the help of few features like underscores below signature, appearance of dot on the letter, curved start, ending stroke, and streaks disconnected. This paper is focused on above mentioned features. The database has 60 signatures of 10 different persons with 6 samples of each and is properly scanned at 500dpi resolution scanner. The performance is evaluated by splitting a signature into five categories-left, right, upper, middle and bottom.
