These calculations presented that the dielectric constant of amorphous silicon quantum dots is suppressed. Also, it has been investigated the frequency dependence of the dielectric constant. The variation of the dielectric constant with frequency is similar to the variation of polarizability and polarization. The dielectric constant is made up of contributions from electronic, atomic, and space charge polarization. It has been established that the addition of 1% graphene concentrate to the lubricant Solidol J contributes to an increase in its anti-wear properties by more than 30 percent. With the enrichment of commercial grease Lithol-24 with graphene concentrate, a decrease in the diameter of the spot of wear of the balls was determined at the plate size from 0.36 mm to 0.30 mm. A need to classify and sort these data is linked to that issue to facilitate data management and database building for various applications. Machine learning techniques are the most suitable to deal with such big data.\u0000\u0000One of the applications that can be implemented in machine learning is a tourist advising system that harvests data from tourism sites and aggregates different types of data about them (humidity, temperature, distance from user’s country, etc…) and classifies them. The collaboration of MATLAB integrated development environment (IDE) and Code Composer Studio (CCS) are adopted. The real time implementation is one of the most difficult issues of OFDM implementation. The problem of real time implementation is the memory consumption and the processing time. The other problem is Synchronization of OFDM receiver. Time and frequency synchronization to distinguish the begin of the OFDM symbol. The capability of RS for encoding the error correction ability makes it the most used error correction codes algorithm, so we use it with OFDM systems to combining them make the system has excellent performance potentiality in multipath and fading channels.
