This approach allows for a quantitative assessment of the quality of digitized signals (images), both in a system with an intrasystem reference (reference model with a priori known parameters) and for a system with an external reference (reference model with a priori unknown parameters) signals. The proposed mathematical formalization of the process of processing multi-sensory information, in contrast to the known implementation methods, implements an adaptive approach, taking into account external and internal destabilizing influences (interference), both additive and multiplicative forms of representing a useful and useless input signal, taking into account it’s the physical nature of the origin. At the same time, the problem of assessing the influence of noise as an unhelpful component in the input signal continues to be relevant [3–4], especially in the sense of testing information - control systems of unmanned vehicles at the stage of their synthesis. The presented results of imitation modeling of digital image processing in the MATLAB system demonstrate the adequacy of the adaptive approach to digital signal processing, taking into account external and intrasystem destabilizing factors. At the same time, simulation modeling was limited to a group of spatial noise models (for example Gauss, etc.). It includes changing the business strategy and organizing its business processes, creating new goals, and means to achieve them. Undoubtedly, the introduction of digital technologies in business operations makes it possible to significantly increase its competitiveness in the domestic market and expand its activities’ geographical scope. Suppose the business enterprise’s management is ready for the digital transformation of business processes. In that case, it must find answers to the questions: what are the digital technologies among the many existing on the market that should introduce, which digital tools will be most effective in achieving new business goals. Therefore, one of the important tasks to accelerate the domestic business’s digital transformation is to create road maps for business digitalization or development. These maps would contain both clear tools for change and sources of information from which enterprises can get the guidance, help, and further teaching opportunities. This paper proposes a system of practical recommendations for small and medium-sized business enterprises’ digital maturity gain. The developed recommendations concern using specific digital tools (like social networks, site optimization, specialized applications in business processes, etc.), improving employees’ digital maturity, and creating the vector of development for companies. Functional principles, advantages and application fields of communication systems with OFDM modulation are reviewed. The possibilities of using application of signals with OFDM modulation in the stealthy command radio network is also analyzed. For this purpose, simulated the “shape” of the OFDM-signal in pseudo-phase space and visually evaluated that its structure is close to regular processes. The stealth of the systems with OFDM-modulation using BDS-statistic in comparison with “white” noise is estimated. The ways to increase the stealth of OFDM signals by using chaotic processes and sequences are proposed. As is known from queuing theory, the average waiting time for requirements in a queue is the main characteristic of a queuing system. To solve this problem, we used the classical method of spectral decomposition of the solution of Lindley integral equation, which allows one to obtain a solution for average the waiting time for systems under consideration in a closed form. The method of spectral decomposition of the solution of Lindley integral equation plays an important role in the theory of systems G/G/1. For the practical application of the results obtained, the well-known method of moments of probability theory is used. The introduction of the time shift parameter in the laws of input flow distribution and service time for the systems under consideration turns them into systems with a delay with a shorter waiting time. This is because the time shift operation reduces the coefficient of variation in the intervals between the receipts of the requirements and their service time, and as is known from queuing theory, the average wait time of requirements is related to these coefficients of variation by a quadratic dependence. The obtained results expand and supplement the well-known incomplete formula of the queuing theory for the average waiting time of requirements in the queue for G/G/1 systems.","PeriodicalId":123008,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications. The expediency of using artificial neural networks of the category Deeply Structured Semantic Models to solve the problem of semantic analysis of text documents contained in the regulatory framework of buildings has substantiated. Deeply structured semantic models perform a nonlinear projection to map a query into a common semantic space. After such a mapping, the relevance of each document found on the query has calculated by the cosine of the angles between the vector query model and the vector document model. In addition, the architecture of a deeply structured semantic model uses hidden layers that has designed to resize input vectors. This allows models to manipulate vectors of different sizes. The scheme for identifying different documents on the same issue has proposed. The distance is calculated through phase of standing wave, standing wave appears due to superposition of incident and reflected from target wave. The problem of such measurement is repeatability of phase reading every period. The known dual-tones method of measured distance range increasing consists in using beats of two closely spaced frequencies when a difference signal is calculated, and the measured distance range of the difference signal is almost ten times more than measured distance range of the original signals. The proposed method of measurement distance range increasing consists in increasing number of closely spaced frequencies of incident to target signal, than two difference signals are obtained, and then the difference of the difference signals is determined which leads to distance range increasing.
