Bank operations are required to adapt to technological developments. If the customer cannot follow it, the bank will be abandoned by the customer. The purpose of this study is to explore the innovations made by Indonesian Sharia Banks in dealing with digital bank attacks. Digital services through Additive models and transformational models have been carried out, but the results are not optimal. This study uses interview data sourced from managers and frontliners of Indonesian Sharia Banks. This research approach uses a qualitative method with a case study strategy. The results of this study indicate that in optimizing branchless banking, Indonesian Sharia Banks provides account opening services through mobile banking. Another finding is that Indonesian Islamic Banks use the Gardening Strategy. However, in practice there are not a few problems encountered, namely the trader's decision to use financing products which results in the number of members of the financing realization experiencing instability every month. This study aims to determine whether cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors influence traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. \u0000This research uses quantitative methods. The population is traders who take financing from KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya in 2021. The number of samples used is 60 respondents. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling by Purposive Sampling. \u0000The results showed that the variables of cultural factors and social factors partially had no effect on traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. Meanwhile, personal factor variables partially have a negative effect on traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. psychological factor variables partially influence traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. The type of research used is field research conducted with informants. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The data sources of this study come from primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, websites, journal literature and bppks in order to obtain information and evidence in the research process. The results of this study regarding the process of optimizing the role of mobile android in improving the quality of services that have been completely optimal although there are still obstacles in their use. The android mobile service process by entering the service system and entering the customer’s name and data then input the nominal amount to be deposited by the customer and wait for the receipt or note to finish printing. However, since the Covid-19 Pandemic, this promotional strategy has not worked because of social distancing so that BPRS utilizes social media as a promotional medium in order to attract customers. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the promotion using social media was carried out by BPRS. This research is a field research with a qualitative research type and uses a descriptive analysis approach. The data of this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with marketing and customers of BPRS Gunung Slamet, while data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the presence of Instagram and Whatsapp as promotional media for the products of the Gunung Slamet Cilacap BPRS can help in introducing Islamic bank products. The promotions that have been carried out have been effective, as can be seen from the increasing number of customers and effective communication between employees and customers as measured using the AISAS Model (Attention, Interest, Shearch, Action, Share). Based on interviews with marketing and customers of BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap, it can be concluded that promotions using social media have succeeded in attracting customers' interest. Customers often see BPRS promoting using social media and are interested, seek further information and then use the product until finally sharing their experiences as customers of BPRS Gunung Slamet. This study uses the Modified Altman Z-score model to explain the prediction of financial distress at Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Banks, then the Mann-Whitney U Test is used to show a comparative analysis of the Altman Z-score value. Data used in This research is time series data, data from 2014 to 2018. The data is obtained from the publication of each website of the Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Banks. Sampling technique in research uses a purposive sampling method. This study uses a sample of as many as 4 Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks and 4 Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Banks. The results showed that based on the calculation of the level of risk financial distress carried out at Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Banks in 2014 to 2018, can be concluded that no bank predicting to experience financial distress. Average The Z-score value of the two groups of Islamic Commercial Banks is above the cut value off the risk of financial distress. By assessing the value gap between the services obtained and the standard of service expectations by clients, this researcher investigates the quality of services offered by BPRS Khasanah Ummat. This kind of research comprises quantitative associative research using the Fuzzy-CARTER approach to examine the connection between the caliber of services rendered and client satisfaction. The sample of this research is 286 active customers.
