The main criterion of the impact of the transfer of the bus station is described: transport accessibility. One of the important indicators of the effectiveness of the route network being created is transport accessibility, considered as a temporary standard for moving from one point to another. This indicator reflects the degree of satisfaction of the population with transport services. The main features of the assessment of transport accessibility are presented. Transport accessibility during the movement of passengers on intercity trips and movement on public transport of the city in the urban transport system is analyzed. The analysis of intercity trips revealed the main roads of traffic to the city. The distances and travel times for each of the options for moving to the bus station before and after the transfer are calculated. The main results of the analysis of intercity trips are described. In the analysis of the part of urban passenger transport, the distance and travel time to the bus station before and after the transfer from various points of the city are calculated. The analysis of public transport for each district and the city as a whole was carried out. The main results of calculations for each district are given and the average indicator for the city is described. The advantages and disadvantages of current universal and specialized programs of simulation modeling of processes in railway transport are analyzed. By means of the universal simulation tool AnyLogic, the model of train movement along the running line is constructed using traction calculations and implementation of interval regulation. In the model, the agent-based modeling approach is used to simulate train movement modes, the process approach is used to implement the logic of the operation of interval control systems, and the elements of system dynamics are used to calculate the speed of the train. The factors of exogenous and endogenous environment affecting the stable functioning of elements of network structures are considered. It is proposed to conditionally divide the factors by the nature of their occurrence into factors of organizational impact and factors related to the peculiarities of the external environment. The factors of organizational impact include factors of market and administrative impact (external) and factors of the state of fixed assets and staff organization (internal). The factors associated with peculiarities of the impact of the external environment include climatic and territorial-logistical (natural), resource and political factors related to human activity. The mathematical formalization of the proposed factors is performed. The market impact factor is expressed in terms of the coefficient which determines the volume of deliveries of the i-th business entity to enterprises and the integrator of the organizational network. The factor of administrative influence of the integrator is characterized by the volume of products (services) provided by business network structures based on various organizational and legal forms. The factor of the state of fixed production assets is expressed in terms of the coefficient characterizing the effectiveness of the production assets of the i-th business entity of the network structure. The factor of staff organization determines the level of scientific and engineering potential of managerial employees of the elements of the network structure. The factor of environmental features characterizes the natural conditions in which network enterprises operate. The modern directions of research in the field of passenger transport are analyzed. The interaction of a large number of participants in the transport services market with each other under certain socio-economic conditions increases the complexity of competitive processes taking place in the market. A brief analysis of the intercity passenger transportation market is carried out. The current situation of transport companies and consumers is characterized as a buyer’s market. The transport characteristics of the southwestern part of the Siberian region are presented. The availability of alternative means of transportation leads to the need to develop mathematical models of splitting of passenger flows by means of transport. Information has been collected about the trips of passengers by rail, bus and road transport in direct and reverse directions on the Novosibirsk - Kemerovo and Novosibirsk - Tomsk routes. An algorithm has been developed for dividing the population into groups according to equivalent preferences of modes of transport, which allows us to estimate the amount of demand in the passenger transportation market. Based on the proposed algorithm, the task of optimizing the traffic intensity is set. It is shown how traffic intensity affects passenger traffic on railway transport. The analyses of the present day rate systems is conducted. It determined such disadvantages as the absence of the systems flexibility, the record of the competitiveness with other means of transport and social fair pricing. Methods of the rate-making control of the suburban railway transport is researched basing on the multi-level optimization from the view point of its implementation to practical use of the suburban passenger companies. In spite of the correct rate-making conception this method forms socially unfair rates, lets passengers save on the payment of transportation due to «sectoring» the tickets between a rail line station. This can raise the unprofitability of the suburban companies. Moreover, the method of the competitiveness with alternative means of transport is produced, mostly, for the ground, but not on separated passenger correspondences. On the analyses of theory and practical work of the suburban companies the project of the calculating method of fair rates in the suburban lines is offered, which allows to work out a rate matrix for people, depending on their social and economical position in municipal structures of the regional service, the transportation expenses of a suburban company and a probable amount of a regional grant. The rate matrix creation is based on the principals of providing the social fairness. It is reached due to the use of kilometer-by-kilometer station-by-station rate-making type. A suburban company works within competitiveness, therefore the flexible rate policy contains an element of the market pricing to attract an extra passenger flow to the suburban trains. An algorithm of the rate matrix calculation is offered. It is noted that half of the failures are associated with a potential spark on the collector, which indicates increased armature currents in the electric locomotive power circuit. The given voltage curve of the contact network also indicates that the power circuit is subject to constant current fluctuations. In the model of the power circuit of the 2ES6 electric locomotive, the mechanical component of the drive has been modified. It takes into account the resistance to train movement on one of the difficult sections of the Sverdlovsk Sabik - Sarga railway, as well as the inertia of the rotating parts of the 2ES6 electric locomotive and four-axle freight gondolas. The effect of voltage fluctuations in the contact network on current transients at different values of the maximum excitation voltage has been modelled. It is established that with the increase in the excitation voltage, the amplitudes of the armature current and the excitation current decrease, the duration of exceeding the currents of their limit value decreases. With voltage fluctuations up to 200 V, the armature current and the excitation current in the power circuit of the 2ES6 electric locomotive are in the range of their limit values with the increased value of the maximum excitation voltage of 120 V. The combined recovery process and recovery function are plotted, and the fault flow function is calculated and constructed. Conclusions on the reliability of the considered equipment are drawn on the failure flow function. At the beginning of operation of these compressor units a number of failures occurred related to the run-in period. The manufacturer took into account all cases of incorrect operation and made changes in the design and electrical control circuits, which allowed reducing the probability of failures many times in the future. This is facilitated by the development of the road network (RN), the construction of transport hubs. There arises the problem of modeling the choice of routes and modes of transport for passengers to travel, taking into account transfers and changes of personal and public transport during trips. The solution of this problem is necessary for the purposes of designing route networks, plans for the development of the transport system and managing the load on the road infrastructure. A mathematical model of the choice of the mode of transport by passengers depending on the quality of the route, personal satisfaction and personal experience of the passenger, as well as the satisfaction of neighbors is proposed in [1-4]. However, this model considered only direct transportation from source point A to drain point B and could not take into account transportation by various modes of transport with transfers. This paper presents a new mathematical model that takes into account the multimodality of routes, as well as availability of several sources and drains, which will allow passengers to simulate the choice of modes of transport in individual districts or cities. According to the traffic schedule, the trains are to have rapid acceleration and braking determined by the acceleration. In itself, great acceleration does not cause great inconvenience to passengers. But to provide comfort for passengers, limiting of acceleration build-up is required. At contact-rheostat control traction force is maintained by step change of starting rheostats resistance in accordance with the speed increase. This results in stepped changes of thrust force, respectively, to impulsive loads. At impulsive control of the traction drive there is a possibility of smooth increase of traction motors current value and, therefore, of the traction force. It was proposed to increase the armature current by the linear law with transition to a constant value at the end of the process. However, at the end of the process there is a traction force push similar to an ice slide. The most natural is to increase the thrust force according to the exponential law. For this purpose, an intensity set unit is introduced, which is to change the armature current according to the mentioned law at step-by-step change of the task from the driver controller in arbitrary sequence. In the control unit operating in analog mode, the exponential law is created when charging the condenser the voltage of which is determined by a differential equation and is supplied to the input of the armature current regulator. In the digital control form, a direct solution to the differential equation is impossible because of the constant change in the initial conditions under the action of the driver controller.
