Suprun","doi":"10.20291/2079-0392-2022-2-63-73","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20291/2079-0392-2022-2-63-73","url":null,"abstract":"The article considers the principle of working diagnostics in real time of a rectifier-inverter converter of an AC electric locomotive in case of shoulder control failure. The proposed principle is based on the harmonic analysis of the rectified voltage curve and identification of the relative content of individual harmonics that are missing in normal mode. To increase reliability of detection of the damaged shoulders, it is proposed to use a diagnostic criterion based on assessment of changes in the resulting energy output of the converter at certain intervals of the mains voltage period. Due to the joint application of several criteria, damage detection with the necessary level of sensitivity is achieved. For each criterion, two groups of boundary values are calculated, due to which the selectivity of determining the failed shoulder is realized. The justification of the selected boundary conditions that distinguish the emergency mode from the normal one is presented. A simulation model has been created in the MatLAB Simulink software package, which allows exploring the possibilities of diagnosing a rectifier-inverter converter for various operating conditions. The results of simulation modeling confirming correctness of the proposed solutions are presented. In this paper, the principles of building an intersectoral information and intellectual model of integration of information flows of subjects of the interregional level are considered. The construction of the model is based on the principles of information and intellectual interaction in the segment of the information economy of social and marketing cooperation. The components of the model formation methodology are presented. The system of component-methodology assumes concentration in one perimeter of information flows coming from the integrating information systems of subjects of the intersectoral, interregional level, federal regulators and business associations, using the information technology «big data». The model of integration of information flows accumulates and concentrates information knowledge in a single transport and information space and is a quota-based information and intellectual system, the structure of which reflects the coordinated interactions of virtual agents. The subjects of accumulation and concentration of information knowledge are virtual agents (integrating information and intellectual systems) of regulators, subjects and business associations. The creation of such virtual agents is based on the multiagent construction principle. Virtual agents are a new category of software products that operate in information and intellectual environment on behalf of the user. The analysis of regulatory documents in the field of labor protection, concerning, in particular, risk assessment, is given. The article is written with consideration of indicators and criteria for assessing professional risks. The methodology of risk assessment is presented for cases when there are sources of magnetic fields at the workplaces of electrical engineering personnel which adversely affect human health. A logical tree of events related to high levels of magnetic fields at the workplace has been developed. The main stages of the procedure for assessing professional risks are described. The risk criteria and corresponding classification of working conditions are given. Organizational and technical measures are proposed to reduce the level of occupational risk. A promising direction in solving this problem is the technology of rail grinding, which allows mechanical processing of the rail head without dismantling them in the conditions of a railway track. The article presents the results of studies of the noise impact on track workers when grinding rails by means of small mechanization-a rail-grinding machine SH-1, a grinding machine 2152D and a manual machine for grinding rails MRSH3. The analysis of various layouts of rail grinding machines, their features, technical characteristics and octave levels of sound pressure when these machines are running at idle and under load was carried out. Opatskikh","doi":"10.20291/2079-0392-2021-4-45-49","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20291/2079-0392-2021-4-45-49","url":null,"abstract":"The paper presents a solution to the problem based on nonlinear differential equations describing the oscillation of the rail, taking into account the change in the anisotropy of the elastic modulus of the sub-rail base when moving a constant force along it, while the speed of movement is translational; the value of the maximum deflection of the rail (beam) is also found. When solving this problem, it is assumed that the rail is a beam lying on the elastic anisotropic base. The value of the elastic modulus, which depends on the deflection value, is also taken into account; also, taking into account the linear correction along the ou axis, a second-order correction along the ox axis is taken into account, while the deflection size corresponding to the maximum value is determined. The obtained analytical expressions and numerical analysis, taking into account the anisotropy of the elastic modulus of the sub-rail base, allows us to predict and consider the amount of deflection under the influence of a constant force P, reducing the resistivity and energy consumption. The projection of the economic space of the complex transport service into the potential information environment of subject cooperation is considered in the aspect of accumulation of information and knowledge about the comprehensive processes carried out by socio-economic entities. The methodological framework of formation of transport and information space together with formation of the strategy of cluster development of transport services market and regions are presented; the methodology of virtual integration system formation is justified; the theoretical basis of construction of the mechanism of coordination of the transport and logistics system regulators’ and subjects’ interests are given; an algorithm of optimal solution selection in formation of the strategy of cluster development of transport and logistics services and regions is developed. Information and knowledge accumulated in the cognitive strata of the virtual integration system allow to create and implement methods and mechanisms of interaction between actors in the transport and information space, while providing information support in making strategic and management decisions. The methodology proposed for designing a virtual integration system is applied within the boundaries of the Eastern Polygon in the railway infrastructure.
