Ivanov","doi":"10.20291/2079-0392-2021-3-40-49","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20291/2079-0392-2021-3-40-49","url":null,"abstract":"The experimental study of bearing vibration and use of the fast Fourier transformation (FFT) as an intelligent tool for diagnosing and identifying bearing defects of motor car rolling stock units (MCRSU) is presented. It is shown that the use of new means of technical diagnostics due to the detection of malfunctions at an early stage of their development reduces the cases of violations of the normal operation of cars and rolling stock. The article presents the results of vibration diagnostics of rolling bearings on the stand, spectral characteristics are obtained for bearings with rolling body defects, internal track and external track. During the bench tests, a specially developed intelligent vibration sensor was used as a vibration sensor, consisting of a sensitive element, a vibration accelerometer, the necessary interfaces and an analogdigital converter. The radial arrangement of sensors in diagnostic systems in repair depots and on-board systems makes it difficult to diagnose defects associated with the appearance of defects under the influence of axial loads, primarily separator defects. For mathematical description of the processes occurring in the electric motor, a classical calculation method is used, which is based on a generalized electric machine. When studying the electric drive, it is not necessary to take into account elastic bonds in the mechanical part, therefore it is presented in the form of a one-mass calculation scheme. The processes occurring in the electric drive system are influenced by various factors. The tangential thrust force, which determines the moment of static load, can have different values determined by resistance to the movement of the train. The greatest traction force depends on reduction of the load on the wheelset in traction mode and on the calculated coefficient of adhesion of the wheels to the rails, which has a non-linear falling character, especially in the zone of low speeds. Contamination of the rolling surfaces of wheels and rails leads to decrease in the physical coefficient of adhesion. Mixed traffic is used on domestic railways, but there are no dedicated specialized lines for the operation of high-speed passenger and freight traffic with increased axle load. In this case, the possibility of the track infrastructure becomes decisive. Improving the operational efficiency, first of all, of track facilities, is impossible without scientifically based methods. The qualitative operation of a track depends on the forces arising from the interaction of the wheel-rail pair. This paper presents a study of the force interaction of the contact zone with an increase in the axle load on one of the sections of the Sverdlovsk railway. Horizontal transverse lateral and longitudinal forces are considered by means of simulation modeling. The analysis of existing trends in the development of professional competencies in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement in the context of active digital transformation is carried out, as a result of which the authors focus on additional professional education. Approaches to the quantitative and qualitative assessment of the impact of competence transformation on energy efficiency are considered, including historical and external benchmarking, as well as cluster analysis, and their advantages and disadvantages are described. An enlarged algorithm for evaluating the energy efficiency of enterprises is formed, taking into account the transformation of competencies. As initial data, the authors consider the energy efficiency indicators of structural divisions in relation to production and climate factors and the results of a survey of specialists. Various options for choosing a track are considered: sequential and multidirectional search, random selection, selecting tracks of even/ odd numbering, selecting a track using a ternary operator. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the options are specified. The paper presents JAVA code listings which allow developers of simulation models to quickly apply the proposed algorithms to practice when developing simulation discrete-event models of technological operation of railway transport in the AnyLogic environment. The use of the presented algorithms allows us to avoid hypertrophy of the process diagram architecture, make the model understandable and scalable. For the convenience of perception of the material, all the presented algorithms for choosing a free track are considered on the example of the track development of a dead-end station. In the cargo segment, such stations are often an element of the transport infrastructure development of sea and river ports, as well as large industrial enterprises. The components of the mechanical part of the traction rolling stock are particularly susceptible to wear. The authors propose a new specialized classification of wear types which act specifically on the mechanical part of the traction drive of locomotives. Various classifications of wear types are presented. Based on the existing classifications, the authors have developed a specialized adaptive scheme of wear types affecting the mechanical part of the traction drive of locomotives. In this classification, the molecular-mechanical type and other subtypes of wear are clarified and revised. The classification of wear types is based on physical, mechanical and chemical phenomena in the contact zone. The article substantiates the lack of existing subtypes of wear in the developed classification due to the minimum possible probability of manifestation on the elements of the mechanical part of the traction drive of locomotives. Examples of negative impact are given. A model of subtypes of mechanical wear is proposed, describing its intensity as a regularity of the change rate in wear during the operation of the part. It is indicated that mechanical wear is the predominant type. The geometry coefficient is presented as an integral indicator which consolidates the coefficients of filling orbits, connectivity and criticality of connections. The orbit filling coefficient characterizes the organizational network through the reserve production capacities realized by the enterprises of the organizational network in the free market. The connectivity coefficient characterizes excess mileage, transport load, fuel consumption and the remoteness of organizational network elements from the integrator. The coefficient of criticality of connections characterizes the organizational network through availability of subsuppliers in the elements belonging to the first from the integrator orbit of the network structure. The developed methodology for determining the organizational network geometry coefficient makes it possible to evaluate the work of the network from the side of geometric indicators. The existing methods of determining the coefficient in network organizational structures are also analyzed. The disadvantages and features of calculating the geometric characteristics of organizational networks are revealed. The author’s methods for determining the indicators included in the coefficient of the geometry of network structures are proposed. The geometry coefficient is presented as an integral indicator that consolidates the filling coefficients of orbits, connectivity and criticality of connections. The orbit filling coefficient characterizes the organizational network through the reserve production capacities realized by the enterprises of the organizational network in the free market. The greater the volume of reserve production capacities possessed by enterprises of the first orbit integrator, the greater the filling of the organizational network as a whole. The connectivity coefficient characterizes excess mileage, transport load, fuel consumption and the remoteness of organizational network elements from the integrator. The coefficient of criticality of connections characterizes the organizational network through availability of subsuppliers in the elements belonging to the first from the integrator orbit of the network structure. The developed methodology for determining the organizational network geometry coefficient allows us to evaluate the work of the network from the geometric haracteristics side.
