The ongoing spread and expansion of information technology and social media sites have made it easier for people to access different types of news – political, economic, medical, social, etc. through these platforms. However, this rapid growth in news outlets and the demand for information has blurred the lines between real and fake news and led to the dissemination of fake news, which is a dangerous state of affairs. The outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic and awareness of the threats posed all across the globe. And a parallel rise in fake news and rumors, like unsubstantiated statements and deceptive ideas, were noticed. The main aim of this study is supposed to set out to overcome these kinds of problems in the future with the application of deep learning algorithms (LSTM, Bi-LSTM, BERT), using a large dataset (39279 rows) to identify fake and correct textual or verbal news. The results of the deep learning application using different algorithms show that the BERT model performed the best, achieving a text classification accuracy of 96.63 %.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115075352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

RelOntoUML modeling is a modeling created from a combination of relational model, ontology, and UML modeling. The relational model is used for database storage. The data is stored in relations. Ontology is a tool for knowledge representation. The ontology describes the elements of a topic. The UML model visually represents the elements of a topic. One of the disadvantages of the ontology model is that software developers are not familiar with it, but UML diagrams and the relational model are well known. The two models (CollageMngtSys, Literature) that will be presented and converted can be downloaded from the gihub in OWL format, and are open source. In this article, after introducing the ontology, relational model, and UML, these two systems are introduced and converted.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121639874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However the 21th century has seen the greatest progress in development. The area continuously followed the evolution of the available hardwares. As more and more computing capacity based computers became available, computer visualization had been unfolded. New algorithms and technologies have appeared. Nowadays, there is no area in our daily lives where the need for visualization does not appear, whether it be a car, a computer game, or even an IoT device. This paper examines and makes a brief overview abount the dominant trends that modern real-time visualization currently follows. Key technologies are covered that are an integral part of today's rendering and the opportunities that could be decisive for future real-time rendering. It is difficult to predict the future of visualization and the preferred technology by the developers, as it depends heavily on what hardware vendor-supported technology becomes widely accepted and dominant.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129020193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the main tasks in robotic process mining is the construction of process schema for the input sequences. Usual methods are able to generate models using only baseline graph structures. In order to support high level structures like parallelism, the input event sequence structure must support additional attributes on the events. This paper presents a novel approach on sequence segmentation providing an intermediate graph structure which can be used to mine complex graph patterns. The tested prototype system contains a Python-based implementation of the proposed algorithm. In the paper, some tests are shown to illustrate the suitability of the proposed model.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131064368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to implement environmentally responsible solutions we need to reconsider our used storage resources and computational power. Training a natural language model is a time and energy demanding process. In recent years the language models are becoming extremely large and the trend is growing. The building process of these models are consuming an extremely large amount of computational power hence these demands huge amounts of energy. In our research we trained and evaluated low dimensional word2vec embedding models and analyzed their performance on building transition based dependency parsers to show that low dimensional models are still competitive and in many use cases may be sufficient.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121690408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mining these historical records, however, is a recent demand to support robotic process automation initiatives. Our goal is to create an RPA solution for heavily overloaded customer services and we now face the problem of getting logs with different syntax and structure. This paper presents the standard event log formats and reviews the steps of transforming the most frequent non-standard log formats into a uniform formalism.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"292 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122294521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several studies have examined questions about the effects of using CI/CD pipelines in general. This paper presents, how projects are written primarily in one of the mature C and C++ programming languages adapt to the emerging CI/CD trend. What proportion of these projects are using a CI/CD pipeline? Which managed CI/CD services are typically used in these projects? How early are the CI/CD approach adopted? Is project popularity related to CI/CD adoption rate? Data about 6,000 open-source C/C++ repositories were collected and analysed in this study to answer the aforementioned questions.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123492762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this tentative work, we solve the linear diffusion equation by the simplest explicit Euler method implemented with for loops as well as the built-in matrix operations of MATLAB. We obtain that the for loop performs better in one space dimension, but the matrix operations are faster in two space dimensions.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117009267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The tree structure provides an efficient storage and data manipulation for different data lists or data sets. The prefix tree is a special tree structure to store ordered lists of data elements. In the prefix tree, the lists with common prefix part share the same path. As the prefix tree can be involved in many data manipulation algorithms, the cost estimation of the tree is an important component in the cost function of the whole data manipulation algorithm. This paper provides a cost analysis related to the tree size for a random input set of object lists. The analysis includes both analytical and simulation methods and the main result presented in this paper is an approximation function based on the gamma-distribution.","PeriodicalId":117509,"journal":{"name":"Production Systems and Information Engineering","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114560992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
