Using companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018, we found that corporate site visits by institutional investors can improve corporate social responsibility. The impact is more pronounced for an enterprise with a poor information environment and poor corporate governance. We also conducted robustness tests to make sure of the correctness of the results, including the use of alternative measures for institutional investors’ corporate site visits and corporate social responsibility, and the control of firm-fixed effects. We also found that institutional investors’ corporate site visits have a stronger impact on improving corporate social responsibility in companies with low institutional ownership, which shows the relationship between institutional ownership and institutional investors’ corporate site visits. By collecting 375 valid questionnaires and using SPSS software for data analysis, this paper builds a model from five aspects, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, social influence and willingness to use, to explore their impacts on Chinese college students’ purchase intention. How to comprehensively and effectively evaluate the risk level of a company and reduce the possibility of risk occurrence in order to realize the effective prediction and management of risks has become an important part of winning the battle of preventing and resolving major risks. This paper selects the financial data of Chinese listed insurance companies from 2012 to 2017 to verify the impact of internal control on risk management. Previous studies found that compared with combined pricing, partitioned pricing prevailed in its influence on purchase intention, but some found the reverse results. Researchers categorized them into the different kinds of moderating roles, which included the variables related to price composition, consumer's characteristics, seller's reputation and external situations, etc. But the role of product type (hedonic goods vs. utilitarian goods) was seldom investigated. Meantime, some studies found its underlying emotional reactions of consumers before they bought or decided to buy the hedonic goods, which called anticipatory guilt. So this was the main focus of this study. We developed three hypotheses and designed two online experiments in the 2 (pricing frame: partitioned pricing vs. combined pricing)×2 (product type: hedonic goods vs. utilitarian goods) between-subjects design. The results of Experiment 1 showed that the main effect of pricing frame on purchase intention was significant, which favored partitioned pricing. Meanwhile, product type moderated the effect of pricing frame on purchase intention. Specifically, compared with combined pricing, partitioned pricing increased the purchase intention for hedonic goods, but not utilitarian goods. Further, in Experiment 2, we found that the moderation effect was fully mediated by anticipatory guilt, which verified a mediated moderation effect. These findings confirmed and extended previous studies suggesting that partitioned pricing prevailed more than combined pricing, especially in the online business context. Moreover, there was some boundary conditions of product type on the effect of partitioned pricing. Furthermore, the emotional reactions of anticipatory guilt was investigated to mediate the interaction effect. The results show that: In the process of improving the technological innovation ability of automobile industry, Enterprise R&D funds and R&D personnel input have a great impact, and R&D personnel input depends on the talent supply of local colleges in Ningbo, Promoting industry-university-research cooperation is an important way to enhance innovation ability. The industries’ quality could be reflected through the extent that the employee could adapt and respond to customers’ need. The study aims to examine the effect of employee’s service orientation and ambidexterity on employee agility which moderated by digital employee experience. This research used a quantitative and cross-sectional or one-shot method. The sample size consisted of 48 respondents by using purposive sampling. In the study used variance-based structural equation modeling. With employees in dry port industry as the unit analysis, this research proposed that employee service orientation and employee ambidexterity positively affected employee agility. A survey using structured questionnaires was carried out with a total of 398 valuable responses collected. The proposed model was analysed using IBM SPSS v.24. The results reveal that perceived risk and security positively predict attitude towards the usage of mobile payment. This study highlights a possible issue in inhibiting the adoption of mobile payment systems among the elderly in Shandong, China from the theoretical lens of Technology acceptance model (TAM). It is found that knowledge product experience has a significant positive impact on impulse purchase intention, and perceived usefulness and identity play a chain mediating role between experience and impulse purchase intention; Knowledge anxiety plays a moderating role in the indirect effect of experience and impulse purchase intention, and the effect of knowledge product experience on impulse purchase intention through perceived usefulness is weakened for consumers at higher levels of knowledge anxiety.
