Due to numerous statistical objects, extensive fields, and complex contents, the problems of difficult data maintenance and low filling efficiency caused by traditional manual means are prone to occur. To address these issues, the low-code software development method is utilized to design and implement a higher education grassroots statistical reports system. Initially, the characteristics of low-code development are leveraged to achieve code reusability and simplify the development process. Moreover, the method emphasizes data verification to improve data quality. To handle reported data, an automatic filling flow is eventually constructed. From the perspective of signaling theory, the influence of innovation culture on the corporate innovation ability is analyzed to help stakeholders effectively identify the innovation level of different enterprises under the condition of information asymmetry. The empirical results show that corporate innovation culture has a significant positive effect on innovation ability, and R&D investment is beneficial to strengthen the positive effect of innovation culture on innovation ability. Through the results of this paper, it is further verified that innovation culture is a signal reflecting corporate innovation and plays an important role in innovative development of enterprise. Based on the panel data, this paper establishes a linear regression model (selecting the data of universities from 51 states in the United States from 2009–2020) and analyzes the relationship between graduation rate and education investment policy, faculty level, student cost and so on. The conclusion is that the ratio of students to federal financial aid, state education funding and full-time instructional staff/student amount are negative to the graduation rate. Meanwhile, the state average tuition fee has a positive effect on student graduation rate. When these practices are not well-applied, the development process can be severely hindered, and the final product can be of poor quality as a result. Implementing techniques for managing source code: version control, issue tracking, a branching strategy, a pull request strategy, a coding standard, unit testing, CI/CD, and automated testing, are not just widely-used industry practices for no reason. Thus, we took to applying these practices to a development project for research designed to reduce user time and effort in hydrologic modeling studies, CyberWater. The software package is built on legacy software and the development team is made up of a wide variety of people from various backgrounds, not all computer science. Applying these best industry practices to their development project has made their lives easier and the final product better. The empirical results show that as a vital insurance innovation in the Chinese capital market, this insurance can effectively inhibit enterprises' tendency to violate regulations and prevent violations from happening. Banks have a lot of historical data, using data mining technology, from the basic information, social relations, consumption behavior, such as address information as much as possible in the massive amounts of customer data mining on the information of the borrowers, summed up the main factors influencing the personal credit risk prediction, and based on this model can effectively predict the personal credit risk related. Aiming at the problem that the current knowledge graph based recommendation algorithm is difficult to fully mine the potentially related information between entities, this paper proposes a multi-graph joint knowledge graph recommendation algorithm. This model combines the ideas of metapath2vec and EGES to enhance the embedding representation of nodes by simultaneously learning the original graph composed of the node itself and the auxiliary graph consisting of their side information to improve the recommendation effect. It is found that the dual system has a strong correlation with the infrastructure construction and development potential, and the carbon emission has a strong correlation with the infrastructure construction of the dual system.
