The goal is to find out if there's an educational system effect on a pregnant mother's pre eclampsia at the hospital. Aura syifa self. This method of research is a categorical study with pre-perimental research designs and research methods of one group pre test and post-test. Weaving at this time still uses traditional tools in its manufacture, causing several obstacles. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Turun Karai tradition and what local wisdom values are in this Turun Karai. The theory used in this research is the theory of tradition in Soebadio's thinking and the theory of local wisdom according to Widieharto, Prasetyo and Kumalasari's understanding where this theory is used to understand local wisdom and local wisdom values contained in the Turun Karai tradition. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this study explain the procession of implementing the Turun Karai tradition and the local wisdom values that exist in the Turun Karai tradition. The procession is carried out when the baby is one month old and has several stages, namely the first stage of preparation, such as decorating the house, cooking food and filling dulang. The second stage is the implementation of turun karai, bringing the child to the mosque then lowering the child's feet for the first time, conducting a procession of bargaining flour, distributing itak-itak, naming the child, mambuekan the child, cutting the hair, and mangupa-upa. The last stage is distributing singgang ayam to all members of the recitation and the invited guests eat the food that has been served. The findings of this research are that Javanese Surinamese repatriates who were in Tongar Village faced obstacles such as language, economics, land ownership and difficult road access when they came to Tongar, then the repatriants adapted to their new environment by means of cultural adjustments, interaction processes, job options, road repairs. Therefore, these repatriates have their own way of continuing to survive in Tongar Village, they have also started to get used to socializing and are used to their new environment, so that the Javanese Surinamese repatriates can survive to this day in Tongar Village. The malamang tradition in the Nagari Alahan Mati community occurred in the 1950s. Lactation massage is useful for reducing pain, tension, stress, and anxiety, elevating mood or mood, increasing milk production, and encouraging loving maternal care, preparing the mother physically, emotionally, and mentally to face the postpartum period. This study aims to determine the relationship between lactation massage and the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. The method used in the preparation of this research is to use a literature review study approach by analyzing 16 articles that have been selected according to research criteria. The results from 16 literature review journals found that giving lactation massage is very effective for expediting breast milk.
