It can be stolen, skimmed, cloned, hijacked, damaged or expired. Due to this problem, we need to think an alternate way to provide better security. Many researchers are thinking about cardless transaction through ATM. Iyabode et. al. [1] proposed a conceptual model for cardless Electronic ATM through which customer can do cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, fund transfer etc. We have analyzed their protocol and found some flaws on this. This protocol doesn’t specify what if it is off us transaction. Besides, customers get different categories of services but this protocol cannot determine which customer will get which category of services. That is why, inspired by this protocol we have proposed a modified model for getting same transaction facilities as exists which uses BPIN that will determine the bank identity (B) and a random Personal Identification Number (PIN) and One Time Password for authentication of the customer instead of biometric fingerprint because of major disadvantage of biometric authentication. Several frequency bands have been assigned for wearable antennas such as Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) having frequency range from 2.4 GHz to 5.8 GHz and Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) having frequency range 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz. In recent days, Ultra-Wide Band antennas are widely used because of their low transmission power requirements and high data rate. The major challenge for designing a wearable antenna is to attain a broader bandwidth of a compact textile antenna having high radiation efficiency. The main object of this paper is to design and to analyze UWB antennas with different textile materials. The optimum antenna has a compact size of 27 × 31 mm2 with a thickness of 1.75 mm. From all substrate materials, the antenna with ARLON-AD 320 show higher bandwidth and the antenna with FERRO A6M exhibits highest radiation efficiency. Alternatively, our world is getting damaged by the huge amount of carbon emission, and resulting disastrous green-house effect. Keeping the hazards in the mind, scientists are focusing more into the renewable energy sources. Then again renewable energy sources have few disadvantages such as unpredictability and unavailability. To overcome these problems hybrid renewable energy are becoming more popular nowadays. The fundamental focal point of this paper is to review the modeling of a PV wind hybrid system along with grid connection. We have also discussed about different hybrid systems of renewable sources and conditions for optimization. This paper will give an idea about different software which are used for system optimization. To make the hybrid system economically viable and environment friendly, solar and wind hybrid energy have been established. Our proposed GaN HEMT can be employed for high speed, high power, and high voltage applications. For high power applications we used SOD (Silicon-On-Diamond) technology to transfer heat to the substrate. This research paper will present design of two models using SILVACO TCAD device simulation software. And in our day to day life, instant detection of heart rate, blood glucose level and body temperature has become a laidback task with the advancement of technology in medical science. And in this paper, we proposed a model based on microcontroller that can instantly detect human body temperature, heart beats per minute (BPM) and blood glucose level with a non-invasive technique. Biomedical equipment like Glucometer can only be used to detect blood glucose level through an invasive technique, digital thermometers can be used to detect only body temperature and detecting BPM requires costly blood pressure measurement kit. But in our model, we accumulated all the three mechanisms together on a single device to measure body temperature, BPM and blood glucose level instantly. This design is not only easy to use by a person with non-medical background but will also be cost-effective as well and it is accessible by low income households. From an environmental aspect, this eco-friendly design utilizes solar PV technology to charge the 6V battery that powers all the electronic parts associated with the device. The module includes a GSM based message system that allows the user to send a message expressing the health condition of the user to a physician. The heart of this project is microcontroller board ATMEGA328P which controls servo motors used in base, elbow, wrist and grip. A stable power system fully depends on the synchronization that means matching of frequency between the source of power generation and existing power grid. The prime objective of a wind farm controller is to ensure effective operation of the wind farm in any wind speed condition. Frequency deviation between the wind system and grid can challenge the well-built operation of a power system and can imbalance the synchronization between wind farm and grid. The strategy of frequency adjustment is developing time to time which starts from using droop controller based Induction generator to converter based Double-fed Induction generator. This paper provides a fault analysis for FinFET based circuits by observing average power, average current, branch current and delay of the circuit. We observed significant changes in the faulty circuit in terms of power, delay and current, which we compared with the fault-free circuit. Different business industries proposed different policies to explore the potentiality of a customer based on statistical analysis. In this paper, we rather propose a machine learning approach to identify potential customers for a retail superstore. The paper proposed an engineered approach to classify potential customer, based on previously recorded purchase behavior.
