Blood vessel dysfunction and clot formation, as suggested by elevated D-dimer levels, are thought to play a significant role in morbidity, as well as in mortality in Covid-19 patients, leading to clots causing pulmonary embolisms and ischemic events within the brain1.\u0000Aim: To confirm the correlation between SARS CoV-2 infection and possibility for vascular complication, including thrombotic brain lesion.\u0000Materials: Detailed patient’s history, physical examination particularly noting the neurological status and locomotor skills, as well as blood analysis with hemostasis and d-dimers, serology for SARS CoV-2 IgG antibodies and PCR swab were all part of the diagnostic process for this patient.\u0000Methods: Computed tomography and brain MRI with angiography were main imaging tools used in the diagnostic process.\u0000Results: Thrombosis of the left middle cerebral artery was confirmed on brain MRI with angiography in a patient recovered from SARS CoV-2 infection, noted with high levels of IgG antibodies to the particular virus and elevated D-dimer levels, presenting with symptomatic right sided hemiparesis.\u0000Conclusion: Some of the patients recovered from SARS CoV 2 infection can develop ischemic stroke. This link is confirmed by elevated levels of IgG antibodies in patient’s serum against SARS CoV-2. This kind of vascular post viral complication can cause different kind of disability, presented with neurological impairment and coagulation disorders. The prognose is improving with anticoagulant and physical therapy started early.2\u0000Keywords: Thrombosis, SARS Cov-2, Brain, Hemiparesis

The presence of cephalgic syndrome, infectious-toxic encephalopathy, hypo- and anosmia and ageusia are pathognomonic conditions in COVID-19 infected patients. \u0000Post-Covid 19 encephalitis develops to encephalopathy in children with epilepsy. Based on the clinical appearance and the parameters that showed past Covid-19 infection, a diagnosis of post-COVID19 encephalopathy was confirmed. To confirm the diagnosis, clinical examinations, MRI of the brain, electroencephalography, lumbar puncture, laboratory tests (including CBC, CRP, basic metabolic panel, liver panel, hemostasis with D-dimer) are necessary. Based on the brain changes registered on the EEG record, the physical findings and the presence of SARS CoV 2 IgG antibodies, it was concluded that a child with an initial diagnosis of epilepsy, developed encephalopathy after asymptomatic COVID 19 infection.\u0000Keywords: Post-COVID19 complications, encephalitis, Dravet syndrome, epilepsy, de novo mutation, children

Profit is an absolute indicator of the business operations of an enterprise and the main source of formation of its financial resources. Profit provides a characterization of the economic result obtained by enterprise as a result of its activities and, as a key indicator for assessing the activities of the enterprise, profit contributes to an increase in production, sales and product quality. The analysis of profit indicators allows us to draw important conclusions, but does not show the level of use of economic resources by the company. It is noteworthy that the starting point of a company's financial conditions and its stable business development largely depends on the efficient use of the economic resources. For these purposes, the relative rate of return – profitability - is used, which is calculated on different bases, for example: indicators of operating expenses, total expenses, average annual value of assets, capital employed, etc. The profitability analysis improves the results of the performance analysis, since it is the profitability ratios that characterize the level of efficiency of the resources used. Considering all the above, we can say that profitability is also a strong indicator of the quality of the assessment of the management of enterprise, since it determines how purposefully the management uses the economic resources of the company. Thus, the main task of management is to guide and control the indicators of the profit and profitability. In this article, a study of the main issues of the analysis of profit and profitability was carried out on the basis of the audited financial statements of the JSC “Badagoni” for the production of Georgian wine for 2018-2019. The document outlines the directions for improving the company's financial results and outlines measures for increasing profitability. \u0000Keywords: Profit; Earnings, Operating Profit; Advanced Capital; Profitability, Profitability Factor Analysis
