It is informed that the school established in October 1880 in the city of Irevan. \u0000The main aim in the article is explore establishment history of the school and its achtivity. This educational institution, which operated for a total of 37 years, was closed on 6 August, 1918 at the same time as Irevan gymnasium and Uluhanli school. Irevan Teachers' Seminary played an important role in the development of the educational environment in Azerbaijan, fulfilling its historical mission and creating a new stage.\u0000So, on 14 January, 1832, Azerbaijani children began to study together with children of different nationalities in the first emergency school opened in Irevan. Additionally, the Irevan emergency school opened in 1832 became a gymnasium in 1869 and a 5-class gymnasium on 31 March, 1881.\u0000Due to the original regulations of the teachers' seminary, Orthodox boys over the age of 16 could be admitted to the such educational institutions. In 1875, the Instruction on the Teaching Clergy allowed Muslims to study in theological schools alongside the Orthodox. On 20 October of 1880, the Russian State Council adopted the decision \"On the organization of teachers' seminars in Kutaisi and Irevan governorates.\" According to this decision, 28,350 rubles were allocated from the state treasury to Irevan Seminary. Irevan Teachers' Seminary started working on 8 November, 1881 in the current building of the Irevan National Economic Institute with 42 students and 9 teachers. The first director of the seminary school was an educator Jacob Stepanovich Sushevsky.\u0000The study of the history of the Teachers' School founded 141 years ago. Conferences, round tables and a series of events will continue in this regard. In recent years, as in the whole world, some important innovations in this field apply in the research conducted in Azerbaijan. Over the past 30 years, biomedical engineering has been established as an independent field of science and engineering. Currently, biological medicine is not limited to the field of medicine, it has continued to develop as a potential field, making an important contribution to the dentistry, veterinary medicine, rehabilitation, physical education, and sports fields. The types of biomedical devices available in stationary health care institutions are expressed in hundreds, and the number is expressed in thousands. From implant to stethoscope, from complex imaging medical devices such as MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and X-rays devices to patient beds, many products that could be considered simpler have been designed by engineers. In modern hospitals, sophisticated engineering devices are used by doctors to treat patients. Biomedical smart home system or health-based smart homes are designed for patients who feel the need to return home after an average time from a hospital or healthcare facility, or who need to receive care at home. The article covers various groups of substances and methods prohibited for use in professional sports. Their use can cause athletes to be banned from professional sports for several years and lose their awards. The use of banned substances such as anabolic steroids, stimulants and drugs not only goes against the idea of clean sport and fairness, but also harms the health of athletes. The abuse of these substances has many negative effects on both physical and mental health. The research in this area confirms the high risk of psychiatric pathology associated with the use of anabolic steroids. Unfortunately, the use of anabolic steroids is no longer limited to athletes but is now reaching a wide range of the population, especially young people. And that's a really serious problem, given what I said earlier. Therefore, I think it is necessary to inform not only athletes, but also doctors about this problem. Because, once again, both high-achieving professional athletes and young people who do sports as amateurs may be among your patients. {"title":"SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE ACCOMPANIED BY DEPRESSION","authors":"Nariman Gurbanov Nariman Gurbanov","doi":"10.36962/piretc22012023-26","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36962/piretc22012023-26","url":null,"abstract":"Depressive disorders are more common both in the general population (more than 350 million people suffer from depressive disorders) and among patients with cardiovascular disease, especially coronary heart disease. The World Health Organization predicts that, by 2030, coronary heart disease and depressive disorders will play a leading role in disability and incapacity for work in the developed countries of the world. The prevalence of depressive disorders at the population level ranges from 2.5% to 10% [1, 2]. Depression is a risk factor for coronary heart disease, negatively influences the course of cardiovascular diseases, and adverse prognosis of the disease in such categories of people is a significant predictor [3, 4]. So, the Whitehall II study showed that the sharper the symptoms of depression, the higher the risk of coronary heart disease [5]. In addition, in patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases, the depressive state aggravates the clinical picture of the disease, and a direct link between the severity of depression and the risk of death has been established [6-11]. Because depression is not diagnosed and treated in time, patients often seek outpatient care and are hospitalized [11]. Due to complications of angina pectoris and many non-coronary complaints, patients' quality of life decreases. Thus, in patients with coronary heart disease in the postoperative period, against the background of depression, an additional decrease in their functional capabilities is revealed [12]. The negative influence of depressive disorders on the development of coronary heart disease is caused by behavioral and physiological mechanisms. The dysfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal, thyroid, and immune systems of the body and the disruption of serotonin, melatonin, and dopamine receptor activity are observed against the background of depression. One of the most important mechanisms of depression's effect on coronary heart disease prognosis is that sympathoadrenal system activation increases the risk of life-threatening cardiac rhythm disturbances [3, 5, 8, 13–15]. Depression significantly changes the behavior of patients with cardiovascular diseases and reduces their quality of life: patients do not want to follow their diet and treatment regimen, do not want to quit smoking or consuming alcohol, do not want to increase physical activity, and do not want to switch to a healthy lifestyle [16–19]. Often, depressive disorders are accompanied by anxiety. In natural conditions, species belonging to the genus Sorbus L. are found singly or together with other species of trees and shrubs along the edges of forests, in stony and rocky places. They can grow both in sunny places and in the shade. They grow on different soils, humus, clay, limy, rich or poor in acid, stony, sandy slopes, cliffs, thin forests of the second grade. They are cold-resistant and drought-resistant. Wild species included in the genus Sorbus L. are trees and shrubs that grow mainly in high places, stony and rocky, sometimes even on wide open slopes Species belonging to the genus Sorbus L., especially in the first years of development, grow rather quickly and have sufficient stability. All shaped species of the genus Sorbus L. (trees and shrubs) reduce erosion in the soil and increase soil fertility. Species belonging to the genus Sorbus L. are plants of great important for reforestation. The economically valuable genus Sorbus L. is suitable for the climate of Nakhchivan and is widely distributed in the highland areas. According to the conducted researches, 19 species of Sorbus L. have spread in the flora of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. This mathematical apparatus is a tool for adequate adjustment of the economic system, taking into account the potential of its innovative development. Next, the problem of predicting the regional final product is solved using the Cobb-Douglas(innovation) model. In the calculations, the values of the parameters are determined by the Gradient method. The result obtained indicates the adequacy of the approach used. In addition, the assumptions and hypotheses put forward in the study create prerequisites for further expanding the amount of knowledge in the field of studying the innovative impact on the economy. Leasing, which has more than one type, allows businesses not to spend all of their capital on a particular property, but instead to obtain the right to use the property needed at lower amounts. \u0000Leasing allows the leasing company to fulfill many of the obligations that would arise when the business purchases the property it needs in advance. Thus, while the enterprise obtains the right to use the property it needs with low amounts, it also avoids complex and costly procedures.\u0000The now more common types of leasing began to emerge in the United States in the 1952s, and this new type of financial service grew rapidly in its advantages.\u0000The first financial leasing companies in Western Europe were established in the late 1950s and early 1960s. However, the unclear status of leasing transactions in tax and civil legislation prevented development. Only after leasing agreements were reflected in the tax legislation, the rate of development of leasing operations increased, and in the 80s their number was about 40.\u0000Since the 60s, leasing operations began to develop in the Asian continent.
