We survey the road that is well-known as one of the most congested roads in Bangkok, Thailand. In our survey, we collect two kinds of information, cell dwell time (CDT) using a cellular phone and velocity and position using Global Position System (GPS). To categorize CDT according to cell coverage area (CCA), we have also collected local area code (LAC) and cell ID. We collect data into \"Green\" survey and \"Red\" survey, and analyze the data using two models: Junction model and Link model. The results have shown that there is significant difference between the two surveys. For this, the transmitter/receiver of the ATSC system and transmitter of the ISDB-T system were modeled. By integrating those, the computational simulator for setting up the PR of the ATSC system from the ISDB-T system was implemented. The ATSC TV signal was regarded as the desired one and the ISDB-T TV signal was regarded as the interfering one. In order to simplify the simulation complexity, it was modeled sending/receiving signals in the Intermediate Frequency (IF) band instead of those in the RF band. And it was assumed that one received signal was considered in the channel modeling and there's no Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN). The remote transmission is the key premise for remote monitoring of several bridges or more (bridge group) at same time. In this paper, an effective remote transmission method is presented for health monitoring system of bridge group based on SDH technology. In the context, the remote communication principle of the proposed method is stated firstly and then the hardware and software configurations are given out respectively. The paper presents an approach for ITS reliability analysis with evaluation petri net modelling with many specific aspects of reliability analysis and modelling: multilevel structural hierarchy; multifunctional objects of modelling; different nature of failures (hardware, software, human, organizational); heterogeneous components of the modelling system; open structure of ITS architecture and its model and others. At first, MATLAB simulator has been developed then calculated BER in AWGR channel model. And it is confirmed adequacy of channel model compared with IEEE simulation model. And wireless transmission characteristics are measured with the following? conditions such as receiver on top of dashboard and transmitter on rear sheet, center of trunk etc. Then test result of BER and PER are compared with simulation model above those conditions. A mobile node that already has or potentially will have excessive routing duty should act as a relaying node with relatively low probability. We use three parameters that are available in AODV: the size of routing table L, the expiration time of each route entry i in the table Δti, and the number of neighbors of each node j involved in routing nj. First, lane lines are detected based on our proposed Gaussian comparison function. Then a road prospective model is built on the basis of a new Gaussian semi-sphere approach to detect vanishing point. Using this model, three road parameters are computed, i.e. vehicle's transverse bias, yawing angle and the road slope angle. Obstacles such as vehicles in front of the current lane are also extracted. However, it's very hard for people in these fields to access ship AIS information directly. To satisfy their demands, several live AIS Web systems have been developed. Most of them, however, could be further improved in the aspect of user friendliness. By using Ajax technology, we tried to develop a new live AIS Web system to publish the real time AIS information to the public. The architecture and several key technologies of the system, such as AIS information database construction and accessing, sea chart tiling and rendering, AIS information rendering and so on, are introduced. The system shows that Ajax can enable users to view AIS information smoothly. In a Public Transport Information System (PTIS), the structure design of transfer data is the key point in building up the database of transit networks, for it not only concerns the efficiency of some main applications such as the shortest path search and the management of lines service, but also determines the design of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) which affects the efficiency of data access, management and maintenance. On the basis of the topology of the public transportation network defined by the European standard --TRIDENT, we propose 3 modes to organize the transfer data according to different constraints of data quantity, precision and accuracy.
