The first objective of this study, using panel data regression, is to find out how far the internal and external influences of the business increase the income of BUMDes. The second goal, using the Cobb-Douglas production function with the stochastic frontier and the MLE (maximum likelihood estimation) production function approach, is to determine the efficiency level of BUMDes fund management. The results of this study show that the number of workers as part of the internal business of BUMDes has a positive and significant influence on increasing the income of BUMDes. This study measures their knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) and intentions to preserve nature and wildlife in conservation areas. The Clerics were invited from 11 villages surrounding Rimbang Baling Wildlife Sanctuary (RBWS), Riau. The clerics strengthened and trained to understand Islamic conservation ethics, accepting the fatwas and intensive guidance and information on da'wah, then tested using questionnaires before and after the training. The survey was conducted by providing 15 question indicators. ANOVA test results showed that the pre-test and post-test had significant F test results, with a sig value < 0.05. The relationship between attitudes, norms, behavior, and knowledge to conserve wildlife before training was R = 0.547 and after training was R = 0.662. The employed research design is descriptive and associative, with a sample of thirteen LQ 45 companies from 2017 to 2021 that meet the inclusion criteria, selected using purposive sampling. This study utilized secondary data collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's (IDX) website-accessible annual reports. Previous studies have shown that social networks affect economic and business resilience and this study identifies how social networks affect cultural resilience. This study concludes social networks influence increasing cultural resilience through the existence of common goals, sharing knowledge and resources, and creating innovations in the arts and culture. Maintaining and preserving culture as part of the identity and capital of urban development is a common goal of the palace and the city government. These factors underlie a culture that can survive and go hand in hand with the development of technology and science. The three palaces in Cirebon City play a major role in maintaining culture. But in reality, abortion for several medical reasons is a legal way to be taken in providing solutions to safety problems related to pregnancy. One of the regulations related to abortion is regulated in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health which is considered as an answer to legal issues related to abortion, which includes the legal position that abortion can be carried out, namely on indications of a medical emergency. Regulations related to abortion regulations are not only regulated in the Health Law but are also regulated in Criminal Code (KUHP) for the crime of abortion. Article 299 of Criminal Code strictly prohibits an act that kills life as a form of crime. The polemic of overlapping legal rules that apply and occurs between the Health Law and Criminal Code is certainly a condition that must be addressed wisely through several analyzes so that it is hoped that a middle way that is best in addressing these two matters will be found. Purpose. This study aims to determine the description of the implementation of abortion for indications of medical emergencies in hospitals that are associated with abortion law regulations, namely the Criminal Code and the Health Law, where there is a conflict of norms, namely the Criminal Code prohibits loopholes for abortion by anyone and under any conditions while the Health Law provides space to be carried out. abortion in pregnant women that endangers her life. Method. The research design used in this study was qualitative with a descriptive phenomenological approach. This study reveals a description of the implementation of abortion regulations based on aspects of medical emergencies that are linked between the Health Law regulations and the Criminal Code regulations for the crime of abortion. Data were collected through interviews using research tools, namely voice recorders to record the conversations of researchers and participants, as well as field notes. The researcher analyzed the data using Colaizzi's analysis, which was to complete the analysis by re-clarifying the participants. Results. The results of the study found that legal issues regarding abortion regulations indicating medical emergencies as long as it refers to procedures according to Health Law No. 36 of 2009 then legal issues regarding the Criminal Code on abortion cannot be brought to the surface, because in medicine abortion provocatus medicinalis or abortion for medical emergencies indications is a medical abortion. which must be carried out on pregnant women in emergency conditions, which if abortion is not carried out, it can threaten the life of the pregnant woman. However, these stereotypes do not always have a negative impact, but under certain conditions they actually raise concern for vulnerable groups in the era covid-19 pandemic. This can be proven in the women's movement, the community of Kartini UIN SUKA, a community engaged in education and the Fetus and womb community which is engaged in mental health by direct interviews and using content analysis on the Fetus and Womb community Instragram which is strengthened, supported by observations and data from journals and websites. This study concludes that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, with limited space and movement due to the WFH policy, women formed a community engaged in philanthropy as a form of concern for others affected by Covid-19. Providing assistance to students in the form of groceries and educating women on mental health through virtual space is a movement that is urgently needed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This movement is not only beneficial to recipients but is also able to provide a stimulus to other groups to be motivated to foster a diverse attitude towards others even in limited circumstances. The housing financing policy also leverages the changes in other sectors' activities, which can increase or contract economic performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of housing financing policies on MBR's welfare and the Indonesian economy's performance. The Recursive-Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium (RDCGE) and the Econometric Model capture economic resources reallocation at MBR and macroeconomic levels due to housing financing policies. The study results indicate that the FLPP can potentially increase the growth and development of housing and improve community welfare. In addition, the FLPP positively impacts economic performance, although it will make specific sectors worse off. This original piece of research explores the impact of Customer Trust (CT) and Religiousity Memorable Customer Experience (RMCE) to develop customer loyalty in airline industry. The unit of analysis was conducted on the number of 180 passangers who flew overseas with flights longer than 6 hours. Primary data were obtained from the field results through a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of customer trust and religiousity were analyzed using regression. The findings suggest that CT and RMCE did have an impact on the settings and forming  airline customer loyalty and was an effective strategy for attracting passengers more satisfied and more loyal. We have found a significant effect of RMCE as mediator between CT and CL.
