All models have been developed by realizing the initial stress. Finite element model simulation results show that mechanical sensitivity of corrugated membrane with metal layer is less than a sensitivity of corrugated membrane. Considered sensitive element with metal layer has been designed and fabricated using silicon micro-machining technologies. GDP BAP was received in clinical conditions with use of the device developed by one coauthors, Mokrousov A.V. The basic distinctions of pictures GDP BAP is the following: continuousness of a contour, width of a corona, diameter of not shone central circle, presence of needle streamers, length of streamers, presence of dark spots and points. It was detected, that picture of GDP BAP change after treatment of diseases of corresponding bodies sharply.
