The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research is observation. This study took the subject of the library users as informants and the object of research was information seeking behavior in the circulation of the University of North Sumatra Library. most of the visitors to the library are for the purpose of seeking information, only a small portion is for reading, thus giving rise to several possibilities for library visitors, such as; Some visitors come to the library for the purpose of information, reading and meditation. The information we get actually comes from a process of producing information. This is called information discovery theory, starting with: Initiation, formulation, exploration, formulation, collection, presentation. One of these technologies is the internet, which is an unlimited source of information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere for 24 hours. While printed sources have limited access, namely the place and time and the novelty of the collection. This study aims to find out the information that students are looking for through internet services. The research method used is this research method is qualitative research. The state does not fully regulate the flow of communication and news to the general public. Social media that has the ability to disseminate information can be used by messengers to persuade, inspire, and take the desired action. At the same time, the power of the mainstream media is eroding. The aims of this study were to: (1) characterize social media users regardless of their socioeconomic status or political affiliation; (2) examine efforts to reach audiences through social media and traditional media; and (3) recommend future research. (3) investigate the role of social media in democracy as a promoter of parliamentary network technology. To present a comprehensive picture of social media in relation to the political communication networks used by people, organizations and other political institutions, this study uses a qualitative approach. According to the research findings, participants were not constrained by their social, economic or political position. Television as a communication medium can be an attractive channel for conveying good messages to the public, besides that television is also close to everyday life. Basically, using technology as a medium of da'wah will help the goals of da'wah be conveyed quickly. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The collection of data used in this study is observation. Observations are made to form a picture of events or the reality of events in order to answer research. Television was first introduced in Indonesia in 1962 and after independence, Indonesia started building intelligence agencies to promote sustainable development. Television was born and developed in Indonesia along with the birth of many communication scientists, so that academic research on television was born. The use of television media in preaching can stimulate the human senses and attract attention. The more precise and effective the wasilah is used, the more effective the effort to understand Islamic teachings will be. In general, the advantage of teevision as a medium of propaganda is that it is very persuasive because the audience can see images and sound directly at the same time. That way television is also very fast, modern, and very convincing. However, even though the advantages of television are very prominent, television is not always the best medium for preaching. This study shows that a lack of interest in reading can be an indication of a lack of awareness of Indonesian culture. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, 4-5 hours a week is the same as the time for collecting and submitting collections of achievements for making collections of printed and recorded works in 2022 of 2,939,008 copies, which are in the National Library and libraries in the regions. It signifies that we will fulfill the demands of our desire to collect small reading books; You could say 1:90, or one book for every 90 people, right? The development process of globalization was initially marked by advances in information and communication technology, which gradually increased rapidly until finally humans were increasingly spoiled by all existing technology. Likewise in the culinary business world, the promotion and transaction process is easier and more practical to do with digital technology. This has led to an increase in consumer interest in culinary products, and has made the culinary industry one of the most profitable industries and has led to more and more entrepreneurs in this field. The results showed that the marketing communication strategy carried out by Lazatto Unsika 2 in promoting products to its customers in Karawang was very well done. Salah satu trend yang sedang terjadi saat ini, promosi yang melibatkan hasil teknologi adalah melakukan promosu dengan melakukan endorsement para artis-artis sosial media atau yang dikenal sebagai influencer.  Dalam promosi ini, para influencer biasanya mendukung penjualanan suatu produk dengan menjadi brand ambassador dari produk tersebut. Salah satunya, produk kosmetik lokal MS Glow Beauty, sebuah brand kecantikan yang dapat memasarkan produknya melalui rekomendasi melalui jasa influencer melalui jejaring sosial Instagram.
