The inclusion criteria were the articles dealing with the medication errors among the ICU nurses and the emergency departments. In order to review the present study articles, the year limit from 2014-2022 were applied. Abstract

Introduction: Medication errors are common in the emergency department and intensive care units, but they can be reduced with a series of appropriate planning. 急诊及重症监护室护士用药错误原因调查综述
导读:在急诊科和重症监护病房中,用药错误是常见的,但通过一系列适当的计划可以减少用药错误。本研究旨在探讨急症及加护病房护士用药错误的原因及程度。材料与方法:本研究为综述性研究。本研究在SID、Magiran、Iran medex、Scopus和PubMed等波斯语和英语数据库中检索相关研究,检索关键词为用药错误、护士、急诊科、重症监护病房、护士科、错误用药、急诊护士、特种科。纳入标准为涉及ICU护士和急诊科用药错误的文章。为了对目前的研究文章进行审查,我们采用了2014-2022年的年份限制。排除标准为综述文章。结果:结果显示,过度劳累、疲劳、人员不足、说明书不清、知识不足、医师字迹不清、夜班、药品分类相似是造成护士用药错误的主要原因。结论:根据研究结果,建议定期举办再培训课程,并使员工人数与部门的需求成比例,避免给员工带来过多的工作量。
