The study was carried out from October to December 2019. The results show in 2016, the percentage of vegetables and fruits in Dong Thap province with pesticide residues was counted as 12.1 % and 5.3 %, respectively; in 2017 were 29.4 % and 5.6 %, respectively. However, the concentration of pesticide residues on vegetable and fruit samples was found to be mostly under the allowable threshold as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.
