IMPLEMENTASI FRAMEWORK FLASK PADA PEMBANGUNAN APLIKASI MONITORING DAN STORE VISIT IT SUPPORT PADA PT. XYZ

Abstract

The role of IT Support is important in helping the business processes at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is one of the largest retail companies that the business processes happened in Stores. If the Store have a problem, IT Support will help to handle. However, the problem that happened with PT. XYZ is that the allocation of IT Support responsibility is still done manually and also the performance of IT Support can not be monitored by IT Support supervisors so it is inefficient and requires more effort. Therefore, monitoring and Store Visit IT Support application was built on a web platform by implementing the Flask framework. The results of this research are monitoring and Store Visits IT Support applications that can be used to solve problems that occur at PT. XYZ. This application has also gone through a testing process using the black box testing method with the expected results so this application can solve the problems that occur at PT.XYZ.
