Abstract
The change of the calcium phosphate film surface morphology depending on the mode of deposition and subsequent thermal annealing are investigated. It is shown that depending on the crystallization degree of the film surface roughness ranges from Ra = 0.007 um, RV = 0.05 um to Ra = 0.095 um, RV = 0.3 um.
