Abstract

В данной статье предпринята попытка, основываясь на святоотеческой экзегезе и современных исследованиях Евангелия от Матфея, прояснить понимание притчи о Страшном Суде в контексте конкретизации служения ближнему. В частности, уделяется особое внимание пониманию слов Спасителя об оказании милости человеку, находящемуся в узах. Важно, чтобы даже те, кто справедливо страдает от болезней пороков или законно находится в заключении за какие-либо совершенные преступления, грешник или преступник, оставался нашим ближним, и, проявляя к нему милосердие, мы проявляем милосердие к Самому Господу. Based on patristic exegesis and modern studies of the Gospel of Matthew this article seeks to clarify the understanding of the parable of the Last Judgment. It is viewed in terms of serving one’s neighbor. It’s essential that even those who justly suffering from diseases of vices or lawfully being imprisoned for any commit offences, a sinner or a criminal remains our neighbor and showing him a mercy, we show mercy to the Lord Himself.
