Improving the efficiency of secondary vocational education as a new challenge and condition for the reproduction of human capital

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the adaptation efficiency of secondary vocational education in the context of new economic challenges. Scientific novelty lies in the use as a criterion for assessing the effectiveness of secondary vocational education the degree of its compliance with the challenges of the current stage of economic development; prospects and technologies of the future. The results of the study: the need for innovative modernization of secondary vocational education is evident in the context of a shortage of highly qualified personnel of working specialties, necessary for the creation of innovative production facilities and competitive jobs. In the article, taking into account the state of the SPE sphere, its potential to solve key economic problems, the basic recommendations to improve the efficiency of the studied sphere were developed.
