Abstract

In this study were carried out basic experiments mainly to investigate important reaction mechanism, the reaction temperature, time and the addition amount of Zn in recycling of waste cemented carbide by the zinc bath process. 锌浴法回收废旧硬质合金的基础研究(Ⅰ)
本研究主要对锌浴法回收废旧硬质合金的重要反应机理、反应温度、反应时间和锌的添加量进行了基础实验研究。因此,需要将锌浴反应加热到800℃以上,以加速废硬质合金内部熔化Zn和Co的反应。锌浴反应在700℃下反应0.5~2h,随着反应时间的增加,废硬质合金的厚度呈线性降低。对锌浴反应进行了考察,发现在800℃以下加热3h,再在900℃以上加热1h(真空高于3.0 × 10托),可以降低锌浴过程中锌的蒸汽损失量。
